It was a little cool in the room in the evening but it seemed warmer in the morning. Minibar but no tea and coffee in the room

We were camping but the weather was snowy and cold so we took refuge in the hotel at short notice. It was had everything we needed including ensuite sitting room and shower room.

The only things that could have been better for me, was the bed.. I'm 6' 3" tall and was finding it difficult to fit. I suggest removing the footboard or getting longer beds. It was also a little warm as there is no AC.. We kept the window open at night and this did help.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The property was in great condition and appeared to be renovated recently. A typical Bavarian chalet with lots of character. Located and surrounded by other beautiful Lodges. A nice garden park is just down the street. Walking distance to central town. Free parking too.

There was only one pillow per person, and it provided little support, but the beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to have a balcony.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast experience was cozy. The hotel and rooms had a very traditional feeling to them, and the beds were comfortable. The location provided a quiet neighbourhood feeling, and the old town was about a fifteen minute walk along the river, so we got some exercise visiting town.

There were very few toiletries - only hand soap. I expected at least body soap, but maybe it was available if you asked at the front desk.

The room was bigger than expected, with a nice view. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff were friendly and not overbearing. The location was convenient, it was easy to get into town and only a few minutes from the river paths. Despite only being under an hour away from Munich, it felt like a true 'get away' to a quiet, easygoing Pension, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Phone is the best form of communication for the staff which can get a little tricky if you are an international traveler.

The staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious, and rooms were clean! It was a very comfortable stay. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the river, and the Lindenhof bus stop is 5 minutes away. If I ever visit Bad Tölz again I would stay here!

We arrived on an overnight flight from the US, and our room wasn’t ready upon our arrival. The staff secured our luggage and we went exploring prior to checking.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and were very happy to visit again. The location is wonderful, a very quiet residential area, within easy walking distance to the central town. We loved the buffet breakfast, wonderful bread, meats and cheeses and the best fresh fruit. They even have sparkling wine to make breakfast more festive. Our guest room was spacious, sunny and very comfortable. As you would expect this hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff are most helpful.

This hotel was very good. The rooms were excellent and very clean. There were tea & coffee provided and drinks in the mini bar. The staff were very friendly & efficient. Parking is outside the property however there is a barrier/gate closed during the night. It ws a short walk approx 15mins into the town centre. Breakfast was excellent.
