Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomApart from not being able to rate this hotel higher than a 10. Perhaps a multi USB port plug in one of the many sockets? Most electronic devices take them now (that's my preference thou!) Cash is preferred at the hotel, but again the hosts are very flexible (just a warning in advance as, again my preference, I only carry cards)
If not impressed by the warmth of the hosts as you enter the building, the proportion size of the rooms, then I suggest that you walk out on to the balcony & be blown away by the surroundings. Before the stay I was in contact with the host and found communication excellent. Her English was excellent, as opposed to my German which is schoolboy from 40 years ago. The area is beautiful, there is a bus stop about 4-500m from the hotel, of which being a guest you get a pass covering lines 1,2,3,4. The town folk are very friendly, thou speak little English, I managed to get by (thanks to their patience and pointing mainly!) The WIFI is both secure & well connected. The proportion of the room was excellent. I an a larger man and usually find myself tripping over tables or bumping into beds. Crashing knees into sinks etc, here none of that, clearly a lot of thought had gone into everything. There is also enough electrical sockets to run a football stadium! I counted 9 (most hotels I see 2 or 3) :) These hosts do naturally, what other hotels struggle to work on. 12/10

United KingdomLoved the room - the only downside proved to be the very steep stairs leading from the accommodation.
The hotel was in a particularly spectacular location. The room overlooking beautiful gardens leading to a dramatic lake was serenity itself. The peace and quiet was a tonic. Would highly recommend this hotel for its beauty and tranquility.

Czech RepublicThere was weak internet connection in our room (20), might be due to the mountains around. In any case it wasn’t a huge problem. I would also recommend to put pot to the rooms so guests could make some warm drinks/tea for themselves.
Everything was perfect! Amazing view to the lake, very friendly personnel, very cozy appartment, good breakfast, nice hikes around, etc. We would definitely come back again!
