How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Too bad there isn’t a mini fridge in the family room. there’s no elevator so if placed in a higher floor carrying your luggage up the stairs is a bit of a hassle.
The rooms were very spacious comfy and clean. Same goes for the bathroom. The cleaners did a great job keeping the room clean and organized everyday and left a surprise for our kids. Free parking!

Everything is well signalized,please add another Reception Sign visible from the parking entrance :)
Our rooms were very comfortable, spacious, with natural light, a JAPANESE toilet in the bathroom (awesome), and clean. The breakfast area also, and invites you to enjoy the complete breakfast. They had everything you might need, also with an almond drink. The coffee was delicious (very important) :) Short walk distance from Europa Park, and a parking place where you can leave your car secured. I did receive a Tourist Bon including several discounts for activities around the area and free parking at Rulantica. So much to tell. As we were for only one night, we missed enjoying ALL the hotel amenities. Next time! We will be back!

Everything was perfect.
I have to say that selecting that hotel was a great choice! I highly recommend that hotel! Staff is not only nice but as well very proactive. They not only proposed me to leave car on parking after i was checked out (so went to Europa park on foot and did not have to stay in traffic jams), but they as well proposed to help me with tickets for first day of our stay, when tickets were already sold. I received special voucher from hotel, and with that voucher I was able to buy tickets for day, where they were no longer available on website (works only for Europa PArk). Room was very nice, comfy, clean, and new. Breakfast was very good as well. Staff was asking on each step if we need any help or hints. Hotel has parking which was a keyfor us.

The apartment had no access to the kitchen. In the bathroom the shower water was very slow. At night time the room was pretty cold we had to ask staff at the reception for extra blankets. There was no water kettle to make tea or no coffee machine to make coffee either.

The staff is very friendly and professional, they served us some drinks despite of coming quite late (around 21:00). Also we could leave the car in the parking the whole next day and get tickets for Europa Park even though they were sold out on the official website!

The only thing that could improve would be to accept credit cards (only cash or Maestro are accepted), not a huge issue as the hotel told us in advance and we planned for it. Also, it would be great to have ice available at all times :)
Great location to visit EuropaPark (only a fee minutes walk), really good breakfast (with lots of options including warm food), excellent customer service (made a special request and they accommodated it without issues), good wifi connection in the room, safety box in the room to leave valuables protected while out.

Very helpful and friendly owners, Covid testing directly in hotel, great breakfast, organized tickets for entry to Europaprark, proximity to park - only 8min walk, you can leave car in front of hotel so no need to hassle with parking next to park with the traffic jams

Everything was perfect. But maybe a few more options in breakfast would be nice.
The room was really nice and clean. The bed was very comforting and very ergonomic. I have back problem and an uncomfortable bed gives me immediate pain. But the bed was firm and soft enough for my back. Very quiet location and nearby a turkish shop which serves excellent meals. A 9 minute walk to europa park.

Everything. We got the comfort family room and it was great. The breakfast was really filling for a day in the park. There was also a selection of games to play and an activity room with a climbing wall, foosball table, and ping pong table to enjoy when the park closes. It’s a short walk (7-10 minutes) to Europa Park but we chose to drive and park for free with the Rust tourist card given to us at hotel check in. Great stay!

Room is quite small. The stairs to the upper level were treacherous to climb up and down. Towels were very thin. Breakfast started at 8am. Which we found very late.

The room design is old. The room was quite hot, with only a fan to cool it down. HVAC would be more convenient. we also lacked some kind of mini fridge to keep our bought drinks cold. Our room was in a house, rebuilt for a hotel. When children ran in the corridor or on the stairs, you could hear it quite clearly.
Friendly reception with clear instructions. lots of restaurants within walking distance, and of course Europapark near the hotel. The breakfast was very good, and constantly replenished. parking near the room was quite convenient. we did not use the service, but the fact that you can get free parking tickets for Europa park is also a plus.
