I do not know if it was rasism, but the way the personal was talking and reacting to us (non-germans) was not the way customers should be treated.

Unfortunatly only two of the three beds we ordered where made, and due to the late check-in one of us had to sleep in a sleeping bag. However this was later compensated by a free breakfast.

The late check-in worked perfectly well. Service was easily reachable by phone for questions. The rooms where clean and the personal was really kind. There was plenty of space for parking.

Very nice accommodation close to Munich. The rooms with shared bathrooms are inexpensive and good value for money. However just remember that a return ticket to Munich costs about 17 to 20euro. So you need to take that into account. Friendly owners. Great breakfast. Can recommend

Staff were incredibly petty. I've never heard anything like it. When checking in, I was warned to only use one pillow otherwise I would be charged extra. Why put two pillows in the room if you don't want someone to use them? Incredible. In the morning, I had a knock on the door at 0900, and then the door opened whilst I was still in bed, telling me I had to check out. My booking confirmation clearly stated 1100, and I had to explain this using my basic German. Frankly, the hotel gave the impression that guests are a nuisance and too much work for them, which is a shame, as it would otherwise be a nice place.

Only place I could find a decent price near to Munchen due to Oktoberfest. Located in a pleasant and quiet village, 10 minutes walk from Schwabhausen S-Bahn station. Room was very big.

Absolutely nothing. We thought this property was super.

The rooms were absolutely spotless. Facilities were great, the shower was amazing. Really comfortable, basic but had everything we needed. Parking was also plentiful and was close to local supermarket etc. breakfast was continental style but again a great choice and good quality.

A little more lighting in our room. The door lock to the house was a little difficult to manage.

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
