We had a problem in te bathroom which wasn't very solved even after we let them know. Despite the signs, the room smelled a lot like smoke.

It was really loud. You could hear the cars from the street as f they were right next to you. Positioning of power outlets not ideal, but not too much of a problem. Slight confusion with checking in, who to call etc. The number on Booking.com wasn't beeing answered.

The Location is really good. Price was fair, for what you got. Pictures on Booking.com were very acurate. No trickying the guests there. Clean rooms. Size of the room was spacious especially when compared to other hotels I stayed in.

Hotel is not staffed. The waiters of nearby restaurant serve as a hotel staff. However they were not particularly helpful or friendly.

small bed, but I was warned by the owner. Many facilities out of order, not repaired evidently after use of another guests. I mean non so important ones - wardrobe door, furniture.. Italian owner does his best but in fact doesnt speak English.

no breakfast, good location, walk 12 minutes to grocery, 15 minutes to train st, 10-15 min for whole city attractions and market place. Empty town, calm and quiet, in May it should be season already, but city transport runs well and punctual, (buses to Wartburg or the valleys)

They have an Italian ristorante directly around the corner. Great pizza with fresh ingredients.

Issue with the language spoken and the fridge was broken.

Check-in arrangements through busy staff at nearby restaurant - evidently part of the same business - meant that I felt a nuisance rather than a welcome guest. Laminate flooring by kitchen facilities just outside shower damaged by water, making ‘stylish’ design look tatty. Laminate and water do not mix.

It took a while before someone could check us in. The blinds were a bit see through. The view from the room was pretty ugly, but that doesn't matter that much.

Coffee machine was broken. But I travel with a French press so it wasn’t that serious.

Excellent location, parking garage was very close. Easy check in and the room was so cute and comfortable. I wish I wasn’t just passing through and could have stayed longer. Staff was very friendly and available for later check in. They also had a drop box so that I could leave the key and head out early.

They never changed the bed linens or clean the room with the bathroom. The receptionist was never and had to be called each time to take care of my problems.

Kettle and coffee machine we're poorly placed as next to the sink and water.....! Notch good combo... understand its a kitchenette, but a better place for other electrical items wold have been good.

I made a reservation and wrote to the hotel that I will be arriving at 11pm. When I came, nobody was answering the bell, the pizzeria was closed and I ended up walking in the rain and looking for another hotel. Lame
