Extremely dirty. Dirt (dust, hair etc.) was everywhere - in the room, in kitchen and in bathroom. Don't expect nothing special. It's an apartement with 3 rooms where kitchen and bathroom is shared with the neighbours.

Good location. The room was big enough. The price for five nights was relatively low.

on checkin the apartment key unexpectedly also opened my room...it was solved by quick owner's arrival in the apartment (he lives nearby) who explained it; on check-out day I also asked him (by WhatsApp) for staying in the room till 11am or just leaving my fully-packed suitcase in the room till 11am but he answered only that the cleaner may come at 10am..nothing else (she eventually didn't arrive till 11am); lot of dust on cupboard; unhelpful (Asian) cleaner spoke no English (unlike the owner) and only very little of German

very close to metro+tram, spacious room with a comfortable big doublebed (though very low), armchair, small table with chair, cupboard and flat-screen TV set (though German channels only), very good self-regulated central heating, excellent wi-fi, all advertised items also in the kitchen and bathroom (common for 3 rooms) worked, two windows faced the quiet Rheinsberger Str.; unbeaten price in no more cheap Berlin

It should be cleaner, especially the toilet. The fridge makes a very disturbing loud buzzing noise that you hear from the bedroom. The bed and pillow were not comfortable.

If you want to stay in the area for 1 or 2 nights at an affordable price, it may be ok. The room and the bathroom are spacious.

Beware the kitchen cupboards! The mixed spice smell will permeate into ALL your food. Our porridge oats were spoiled:(

Brilliant location! local area had lots of places to get good food, including a REWE within 15 mins walk and an amazing ice cream shop. S-Bahn from Nordbahnhof is easy and well-connected to central Berlin. S-Bahn is free if you are interrailing!! Actual hotel was very clean, good kitchen facilities, no issues with sharing the bathroom and kitchen.

It's nothing luxurious of course, you get what you pay for. For the price it was excellent, I highly recommend staying here.

I rated 8 because It was very dirty!! Floors and inside the wardrobes incredibly dusty!! Under the bed and up of the wardrobes seem like they are never cleaned since 100 years and this irritates you a a lot! But if they clean the rooms properly then this apartment can be one of the best in Berlin.

The location and size of the room were absolutely perfect. The apartment has got 3 rooms + shared using kitchen and bathroom (there is washing machine). The room I stayed had a balcony which is a big plus. In from of the front door there is a metro station and tram station 100 mt away that you makes you reach many popular places easily. In downstairs there is a Döner Kebap restaurant which is open until very late night and one of the best in the city. The neighborhood Mitte is the best place to enjoy Berlin. Many high rated restaurants, cafes, bars and concept stores are in this neighborhood. Definitely recommend!!

The owner was very rude... He left messages to us like "clean the kitchen", but we did!! We washed the dishes, we just left the drying dishes on the counter. His first word to us were "you are late", we said we will arrive between 10 and 11 PM, we arrive at 10:30. It was not easy figuring it out how to get there from the airport. The room wasn't clean and it was very cold there. I got a cold, and I was sick most days we stayed there.

The room was very big und comfortable. The Kitchen and the bathroom was well-equipped. We had everything we needed, we could cook every day.

My quibble is with the description of the property as being a Pension, with 24-hour reception; in Germany, this usually implies MANNED accommodation, offering optional breakfast ...; the property was a rent-out flat, with the owner meeting guests at a pre-arranged time to purely hand over keys.

The location, near Bernauerstrasse, is excellent for exploring this historically-charged area; the 2 (3?) room flat - for that is what it - was clean, offering a communal kitchen and spacious bathroom

I highly recommend this little place! It's a private flat in a block within walking distance of city centre. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Room had a double bed, wardrobe and TV with towels provided. Facilities were nice and clean - bath, shower and full kitchen shared between 3 rooms. Free tea and coffee provided and free wifi. Overall a lovely stay, perfect for solo travellers :)

Really good room (room 2) for a week in Berlin. It is close to a metro station that help you access it easily and travel around the city whitout any issue. The gentleman that welcome me was really kind. You got everything you need to have a nice breakfast in the morning. And the room is spacious with a large bed.

Everything was fine and perfect. According to me, it is a gem in Berlin! I've travelled so often in this city and I slept in many different solutions.

I felt like at home! The room was very big. I could use the kitchen and it was very fine for a one-week trip. The bathroom has been cleaned every single day so you forget it is shared.

It is an apartment, so checkin time does need to be organised with the admin person. But that's to be expected.

Large room in a fully equipped apartment. Clean bathroom, kitchen etc. Great location, only metres from M10 tram to hauptbahnhof, U8 train to Gesundbrunnen station, and walking distance to many attractions. Can't ask for more really.

I have nothing to complain about.

My visit here was awesome. It was a calm neighbourhood with a small convenience store just over the street. The rooms and showers were clean and nice. And the personell and service was awesome. The U-bahn/underground/subway/metro was 2-3 minutes walk from the entrance. But that wasn't really necessary since most of the museums/attractions we wanted to visit was about 1-1,5 kilometers away and therefore easy to walk to and from. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back when I return to Berlin!
