Sadly in our room the heaters didn´t work, but the issue once being addressed was quickly proposed to be handled, however the blankets in the room gave rise to a comfortable cuddling in and it wasn´t that cold in general, also the bathroom heater worked more than fine^^

Breakfast was good and sufficient, a tiny bit of local products and some basic good food rounded it up to be a very nice and tasty breakfast, but the nicest part was that we could just sit relaxed and finish our coffee despite sitting after the hours of breakfast and were still met with just smiles and friendliness whether we would need something, it felt homey and relaxing

Lovely b&b, cleaned everyday, on the doorsteps of the town centre. Tasty traditional breakfast and the hosts remembere our dietary requirements, which was a bonus! Dog friendly.

The issues were extremely minor. The only things that could have been improved were things that would also have been expensive to change and which would have driven up the price of the stay; i.e. the floorboards on the top floor were a bit old and creaky, and the door to the room and its lock felt sort of old and a little creaky too. But perfectly functional and nothing of huge issue. Just what is to be expected from an older building.

The room was really cozy, quite clean, with a nice little private bathroom. The shower seemed quite new and modern. There was a fan in the room to help with air circulation on hot nights, a plug near the bed, a bottle opener and coasters. Chairs and a little table.

Love the flexibility of the facility. All our request were granted. Very nice accomodation and hassle free. I would recommend 10/10. Would surely go back when in Harz.

Breakfast was great for 7EUR, considering the spread. The staff was super accommodating and nice. We were allowed to check in a bit early and leave a bit late and they even allowed us to store our bags there after we had checked out, in accommodating with our train timings. Would definitely recommend a stay here. When we were exhausted from the forest trek, we recuperated in the room with some wine and Netflix available on their smart TV.

The rating on booking.com was somehow exaggerated. on the floor, something does not smell good I think the air fresher can be also changed (maybe it is only a matter of taste)

The pension did send me the door access code BOTH by email and by text message on my mobile phone, unlike the place in Sofia.

We Booked 4 Double rooms and one single room. There was a bit low water pressure in 2 of the showers. There is limited parking on site but street parking is available

The Breakfast was very good and well presented. The communication was outstanding. Short walk to Restaurants, Cafes and Pubs

Great location, you can easily reach the starting point of many hiking routes by foot (I had no car). In the evening it was also very quiet, and you could get to many restaurants in a few mins walk.
