We had problem to get code for the key. Sewer didn't work properly. Also TV didn't work.

-Wi-Fi is broken …. Once I asked the owner said it s broken and will be repaired some days later… -once I booked I didn’t receive the check in password through email which the owner claimed I would…. I was at the door , so I called him again. He sent me via sms but the code was wrong. I met another guest who stay there and had the same problem with the “wrong code” to check in. It s distressing!! Standing on the street on a Sunday night where most shops are closed and no other choice of stay in the area. After I rang him three times and he gradually didn’t answer my call he wrote me his father would come. Luckily he appeared in 15 min and gave me the key. -the next morning before check out time, staff used her key to open my room ! I was shocked!! It wasn’t yet check out time ! Well I should be glad that at least she knocked the door a second before she crashed in ! I never had such experience before! Very unforgettable experience! **this Airbnb is not for someone with heavy suitcases/ big luggage’s because there is no life at all ! The whole building is full of steps

There is no elevator in the building so keep that in mind when packing bags. Wifi was very unstable and there was a lot of noise coming from the street during the day but not at night, so it was not that bad

The location is very close to the Bahnhof, to the supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The room was very clean and comfortable, there was enough space in the bathroom too. Check in and check out is very easy and the staff answers very quickly, if you need help

none, everything you expect from a 'affordable/simple' hotel.

A friend and I attended a Bayer Leverkusen match and stayed at Pension Zwei A. The service was impeccable; they responded promptly to messages and provided clean rooms. While there was no personal contact since we received a key from a machine at the front door, it was convenient to return the key to the same box. The price was incredibly reasonable compared to other hotels nowadays, at around €60 for two people for one night. The hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient, offering parking at a nearby P+R. Additionally, buses were easily accessible and complimentary with a B04 match ticket. After the match and a few drinks at the pub, we were spoiled for choice with seven döner kebab places around the hotel for a late-night snack.

I was not able to turn to hot water on in the shower so was forced to have cold showers in already cold Leverkusen weather. But as an athlete acustom to cold showers I didn’t mind it.

The room & bathroom was a good size for me, very simple and spacious. Also the wifi was great, probably the best I’ve experienced in Europe outside of London.

The room was very clean and tidy, the bed really comfortable. It was winter time, so then also room temperature was appropriate and warm.

The room overlooked the backyard. There were a lot of sounds in the corridor. There was not good ventilation in the room, not even a fan. The bathroom lacked shampoo, and the refrigerator was poorly cooled.

The room is good and clean, the bathroom is also clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The TV channels are varied, including Netflix

The triple room was impeccable, although some of the walls were a bit dusty (static) and the bed linen had a hole on it. But not terrible. My parents stayed in a double room on the first floor which lacked air conditioning and thus was extremely hot. They couldn't sleep well.

Great, modern and spacious triple room. Comfortable beds, and lively neighborhood. We could park right in front of the entrance, although against a fee (not uber expensive thou) We arrived late, so we used the check-in apparatus at the entrance without any issues. Overall very nice place for a short stay!

No reception, so you could struggle to book in. We phoned the Hotel number to arrange for our room key. It is a very busy area, not the easiest of places to find a car parking space nearby.

The rooms were very good, clean, comfortable beds, it was just the checking in that may prove difficult to travellers.

it was quite tricky to get there with car . they were quite strict about check in and out times.

Property is actually better then you expect. Rooms were new and clean , bathroom very modern and comfy, property located in close proximity to Opladen station so only 15 min to cologne. Nearby streets are pedestrianised with plenty of bars, kebabs, coffees etc but still reasonably quiet. rooms with air-con. not so great but free parking nearby.
