The stay at this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! The room was very big, the lobby is wonderful, the breakfast was at the river directly next to yachts and was very pleasant. The price is very low for all of these. The bed was very big. Breakfast was quite ok.

Hotel feels kind a little outdated. Seems Leonarda owned otel and trying to stir up again.

Breakfast was really nice. Using of the illumination in the room was bit tricky. Location is kind a far from center but quiet and nice place. Near hotel there is Köpenick palace and a canal. Really nice.

There was a smell from the sewer in the bathroom. Not many amenities in the room.

Nice location by the water and the old centre of Kopenick and with public transport in front of the hotel. The room was spacious room. The bar area was quite nice, we ended both our evenings with a drink in the hotel bar. Good value for money.

Parking. If you are lucky you can find a space in an little square in front of the hotel otherwise you have to use the private park of the hotel. In my room there was a bath tub instead shower.

Nice hotel for stop over in suburbs Berlin. The hall has a lounge bar posh with warm atmosphere for meeting people and take a rest after a daywork. Restaurant was easy with little menu however the hamburger is got was amazing. All staff were friendly and gentle. The gym is really amazing. It’s rather difficult to find similar gym. Room was comfortable and clean.

I liked everything.

We had no breakfast at the location because in Kopenick old town you can eat quite nice with less than the money they ask for breakfast at the hotel.

The room is a bit outdated and warm, you also hear a lot of traffic from the busy road 24/7.

Pillows are very soft but thin and i find the Matratze a little hard for my back.

It’s quite far from the city center, but connections are good.

It’s a nice hotel in a village-like part of Berlin. The central square of Köpenick is near with nice places for lunch and dinner. The hotel has a nice menu too.

No facility in the room to make tea or coffee. No English channels on the TV. Limited menu offering however the food was nicely presented.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The Hotel is modern and the reception and lounge area open and vibrant. Comfortable room. Quiet. Nice location by the river if the weather was good.

Everything was great!

Erveything was great : Room - Location and the Big breakfast is perfect. Location is easy to take Tramway, or Bus to go in the center of Berlin. The view from the Hoetl is very nice. Also the Hotel is perfect ! Very nice inside and cleanny.

I was doing early check-out so I informed the receptionist to arrange a breakfast for me. Breakfast was not good as it packed with rotten banana and sandwich was not good. Packed with limited things.

It's evident that the hotel will undergo construction soon. It requires maintenance and thorough cleaning, with issues such as non-sealed windows allowing noise and cold air to enter. I hope these concerns will be addressed or rectified during the renovation. Additionally, the bathrooms are outdated and not very practical.

This location at Köpenick Castle and the marina is unbeatable. The check-in process has improved compared to when the hotel was under "Pentahotel" management. The staff appears more motivated and responsive than they were both last year and two years ago, suggesting a positive shift, perhaps following challenging times during and immediately after the COVID-19 period.

Nothing to mention! The carpets might need some renewal soon, but no big deal.

Have visited several times for business and decided to try again for leisure. We did not get disappointed - fantastic! Cosy rooms, nice lobby bar and faboulous breakfast. Friendly staff! No big change after Pentahotel to Leonardo.

The breakfast buffet could be a little more diverse, for the rest it was all perfect!

Nice roomy room recently remodelled and decorated. Feels cozy and is very convenient with a bunch of small accessories. I also loved the lobby / bar area.
