They charge you extra 40 euro as a "deposit". They will return it in the end, but I wasn't aware of it and if you have some special account for payment, be ready.

Room and breakfast were Ok, price meets quality. You can have a breakfast on the nice terrace with river view, that's really nice. Stuff is helpful

The room was a long walk down the corridor. Also, the location is very difficult to reach from the Berlin major public transport hubs requiring multiple connections. These connections are often disrupted.

The room was big, spacious, comfortable and well lit. The bed was good. The bathroom had both bath and shower. Köpenick is a nice area, there is a supermarket a short walk away of 5 minutes.

Nice updated facility. Well kept. What I liked most about this hotel was the very large breakfast buffet.. I think this is honestly the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel abroad or in the US. Every hotel needs to take notes and fix their breakfast buffets to be a reflection of this one. Also loved that this hotel had actual Air conditioning not a ventalation system.

It would have been great if the rooms had coffee making facilities!

I was looking for a place close to the airport and this served the purpose. loved the reception at the bar and the cleanliness. I also like the fact that they were helping Ukrainian refugees. That set them apart from the rest.

The staff was apparently a little bit overwhelmed with the number of guests. For example, we had to wait for our dinner quite a long time. Probably an effect of Covid.

Good location, clean and big rooms. Despite the long waiting time, I can certainly recommend this hotel!

We travelled here to see a concert at a nearby arena. Location was good, if a lack of bars nearby, but right on top of tram and railway network. Friendly place, breakfast ok, nothing flash but sufficed us for the two days we managed to get up for it! Very good value for money, staff helped me out a lot as my German is terrible, I would recommend.

Noisy sirens from road, not the hotels fault I know. Breakfast was tepid, restaurant service slow. Distance to Berlin centre is tiresome.

What caused inconvenience is that we could not pay by card at the bar as there was a system issue. Also, we copuld not just ad the consumption to the room and pay all together during check out. My collegues who arrived by car said parking was very difficult.

Nice hotel, pretty surrounding and great rooms. I arrived by taxi, in only 20 min from the airport.

The hotel needs a face lift as some amenities are a bit worn out. The food was ok, nothing special, but they only offered buffet during our stay, which lacks freshness in most places. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as we found € 17,00 a bit too hefty

Rooms are very well insulated. Good mattresses. Staff very friendly eventhough hospitality suffers from lack of personnel these days. Location at water nice, but Köpenick is a small neighborhood with not that much to do. Public transportation to the city is good though
