Great location, also a lovely Italian market round the corner. Staff very helpful. Room was lovely and bed was comfy. Mini shop is also a great idea for emergency snacks and drinks needed! The lockers were also free which was really helpful on our first and last days. Would stay here again if I was in Hamburg.

Please can you provide a bottle of water in the room or a water fountain in the public area. Ask for a room at the back because good location can also mean some road noise.

Very good location. Options nearby for breakfast if you don’t want to eat at the hotel ( but the hotel breakfast is also very good.). Bus link right outside the door to central station. Friendly and helpful staff. Stylish bar. Clean and comfortable.

There were some niggly things wrong with our room, for instance the room was dark. There was no overhead light and one of the lamps didn't work. Conversely when we wanted it dark for sleeping there was light leaking in around the curtains and from the aircon panel, and the fire alarm was flashing above the bed. The room had the modern issue that the dressing table and mirror has been replaced by a work desk and TV, so there is nowhere to sit down to do hair and make-up.

The staff were very good, some of them exceptional. The location was perfect in a quiet area with lots of restaurants nearby and a bus into the centre right outside. The public rooms were quirky and fun and kept very clean. I liked the on-site tuck-shop. Our room was comfortable and quiet and the shower was good and powerful.

Breakfast to be cheaper, I ate yogurt with some fruit, 3 croissants and juice water and hot water, so it’s quite expensive for what I ate. We were very disappointed you couldn’t fit us in the restaurant Saturday night.

The room was lovely. they delivered a kettle on request. The food was amazing in the restaurant and the breakfast had plenty of choice.

The staff on the front desk were wonderful. I was very tired when I got there but everything was efficient and the room was quirky but fantastic. Loved the room and breakfast and found everything I needed nearby. Will stay there again when in Hamburg.

Every thing was good

Our children sad - it was the best hotel they had ever stayed. We had a wonderful family room where children had Bunk bed inside the beautiful wooden house 🙀 and windowsill 1 meter wide with colourful Mattress and pillows 🤩. We could not persuade them to go out - they really wanted to play in the room. Location also very good in a beautiful area close to two museums - Miniatur Wunderland and Internationales Maritimes Museum. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel - but restaurant looked very nice. Personal was also nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay there.

The lift key cards until you realise how they work. The shop is a great idea but it only really stocks what used to be in the mini bar.

It’s an easy walk to Elbphilarmonie and Wunderlsnd. Friendly staff and welcome. Room was clean and tidy, with safe , desk and and big TV. The bar on the top would be very nice in summer.

We had a great stay at Pierdrei Hotel Hamburg. All the facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly and approachable. We also had a really nice view of the street and the surrounding architecture on the fifth floor. The decoration is unique which makes this stand out more than other hotels I’ve stayed in, in a similar price range. There’s a bus stop right outside which made transportation easy, especially in the cold winter. Once we’d checked out of the hotel, I realised I’d left my hat in the room and the hotel sent it back super quickly which was really nice. I would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hamburg.

Nothing. Perhaps one suggestion I could make, not for the hotel but when giving the address for UBER. Enter the name of the hotel directly, as the street address would take us a bit in a distance. By the way, UBER is a wonderful choice in Hamburg that taxis also work as UBER cars and we did not wait more than a minute whenever we requested one. It would have been difficult to find a taxicab on the street otherwise. The drivers were very kind and helpful to accommodate my friend’s 85-year old mother. We loved Hamburg despite all the rain :) It was also possible to find tickets for my friend’s favorite Mamma Mia two days before Christmas, only a week before the show! 🥰

Excellent location! Close to everywhere central! 🤗 Great staff! Parking under the hotel! 😃 Beautiful room; large and spacious for three people. Lovely eating area next to lobby. Delightful decorations! 🥰 A surprising pretty closed balcony (?) with two comfortable seats and a side table. My friend, her mother and I were very happy and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
