Although the room we booked was for 2 people, there was only one chair in our room. The trash bin was a bit too small. And the biggest munis of this hotel, at least in our room, is cigarette smoke. Every time we entered our room, we had a feeling, that someone secretely had entered our room and smoked a cigarette there. The smell, though, was easily removed by opening the windows, so I guess, it was a ventilation thing. Someone in a neighbouring room was probably smoking.

In general our stay at was amazing, we were met by a friendly receptionist who explained everything to us. The bathroom facilities exceeded our expectations, there was a hair dryer, shower gel, hand soap. The room was pretty spacious, we had a lovely view over the city tram line. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was worth the money and I would book it again next time if I came to Hannover.

I had the road view so it was generally quite noisy - I personally don't mind the "white noise", but I can see it being a distraction for some people. There was no air conditioner in the room or ventilation in the bathroom (I could spot something that looked like mold stains, not active mold but the stains left from getting rid of it). The breakfast wasn't restocked much, seemed like it was loaded in the early morning and if they run out of something - bad luck.

The room is quite tidy, with just enough space to accommodate one or two people. The staff is really friendly and speaks English, helps out when required with no issues. The breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular, but good to start the morning, the coffee is ok; reasonable price as well. It's very easy to reach the city center by tram from the hotel.

Our room was in the side of the avenue. The noise is crazy high if you have the windows open. Unfortunately as the room doesn't have AC, you need to open them.

The location is just perfect. It has a U station in front which you can use to go directly to Hauptbahnof.

Toilet was "brown" under the water line, hair in the shower, hose leaking in the shower but still good pressure. Poor blinds let light through, very noisy traffic.

Be aware that the hotel is based next to busy road and can be very noisy due to some drunk teenagers and speedy drivers, especially on Saturday

Very nice staff member while checking in. Clean room with all one might need for one night. Plenty of street parking in front of the hotel, if needs be there is parking behind the hotel €7 per night.

The breakfast! The first 2 mornings the breakfast was fine, I would says enough choices and quantity. However the last 2 mornings the breakfast situation has been awful, no one is checking to see if anything needs to be refilled, many guests had to go a few times, me included, to ask for the basic breakfast stuff, while it was still 2 hours left of breakfast time, the receptionist got very frustrated and the situation got rather uncomfortable and unpleasant. Next morning same situation were no one had prepared or bought the necessary for the breakfast and the receptionist got frustrated and angry again. Very unpleasant! This is a service that me, as a guest, I have paid for and it is expected to have a tomato and cucumber to serve, or any other veggie for that matter! Bad communication and appointed responsibilities, who is in charge of the breakfast? It seamed that no one! I understand food waste but this something else entirely!

We were happy that the hotel has managed to fulfill our requests. The rooms were spacious, given plenty of space for our dog to stretch, snd clean. Whatever we need the stuff helped us with. We were happy with our overall stay.

The room we booked was at a main street, so it was a bit loud. With closed windows it wasn't that bad, but this way we couldn't let the windows open to get fresh and cold air while sleeping, but it was alright

Very friendly staff, really good price performance ratio. The breakfast was good but casual like scrambled eggs, rolls with butter, marmelade, nutella, sausage and vegetables. It was enough on hand to get ourselves sat. The room was not that dark due to missing blinds. But you get up a little earlier this way, that was actually really nice!

Good place to take a fast rest on a long trip across Europe. We came just to sleep a few hours, so we didn't searched for any extras. Good location, parking in the front and rear of object. For such a low price You can't demand more.
