The shower and bathroom was very modern, bed was comfortable and I love the plan and layout of the room. My room had a small balcony and large window for natural lighting and fresh air. I was very impressed. The staff are professional and chill. They called me a taxi upon request and I like that the reception is available 24/7. The surrounding area is also lovely for a walk. I really like that this hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Would recommend

Parking lot from hotel is not so easy to find, did not know how it worked and we parked our car in the neighbourhood.

Great location and it is very quiet. Reception is friendly and helpful and the room is big, very tidy and clean. Bed is very comfortable as well.

I had a room with two simple beds, which were very narrow, and when I tried to stick them next to each other the beds slipped because the brakes and the feet were not anti-slip. A small negative issue that missed a mini-bar.

The breakfast was full, almost excellent, and the covered all my needs. The room was very comfortable and clean.

I didn't have a kettle in the room, but if you ask one they provide it. You have to book the sauna in advance because it is not working all day (I mean that it is not on).

The room is spacious and the receptionist are very professional and helpful. There is an amazing restaurant at the back of the hotel and also a supermarket.

The floor was dusty and no hotel-slippers were offered. The room-s door did not close properly. When I entered the room, there was an old pipe smell... The towels were old and morally used, not to mention that one of them was greyish and had a whole in it - it looked like a cleaning cloth. I was lucky to have two access cards, because one of them did not work properly. There was no kettle in the room, which would have been a very good choice if you would need a late night hot tea, especially in the cold season.

The night porter was less enjoyable and clearly not too happy about his job. The building is huge and the hotel quite spread out. Had to walk for quite a whilt to get to my room.

Nice room, albeit with two single beds instead of one large one. The location is very interesting (an old slaughterhouse). Good breakfast.

There were no toiletries that I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom was so badly lit that it was difficult to do a routine make up. Most information was either in German only or the English translation was so much smaller that hardly recognizable. Because of that I did not realize until I asked at the reception that room cleaning did not happen automatically, it had to be ordered a day ahead or early in the morning. I think it could have been communicated better.

For my special purpose the location was excellent. That's why I chose this hotel. The room was spacious and nicely refurbished. (There was a slight surcharge for the refurbished room, though.)

Lack of a coffee mashine. Even though we had a double bed, 2 single matresses made it not so comfortable for sleeping.

Everything was neat and clean, cozy and warm in the room. Lots of space and amenities. Lady at the reception was very kind. And the access from the underground parking to the hotel room is a plus.

I would have appreciated being able to look the beds together or somehow preventing them from sliding apart. I had to push them together so that my kids and I could sleep, but the beds would often slide apart during the night. Breakfast was a little pricey.

My kids especially liked exploring in- and outside the hotel; running in the long hallways and enjoying the Nutella dispenser at breakfast.
