It might be a hard place to get to for those who don't drive.

The food was amazing. There was always a lavish spread at the buffet and it was great to see new dishes every day. The temperature of the water at the pool was very comfortable. Staff was very polite.

The beds were quite old and the apartment seemed to not have seen a renovation in around 20 years. The buffet is very pricey (37 euros per person) if you do not book in advance.

The facility is great for kids with a large playground and a pool. We should have booked the buffet in advance as it is good value. Overall, a great choice for a family stay.

Breakfast could have more vegetables available (there were cucumbers and tomatoes only). The staff could try speaking a little more english if asked.

The location of the resort is very quiet. Surrounded by farms, some trees and some houses in a longer distance. The Splash - pools and playground for kids do the job. It is about 5 mins walking from the Resort. Breakfasts are nice and served in a charmful 'winter garden' and has a beautiful view on historical parts of Resort.

The room was a bit dirty, smelled a bit of smoke (although a non smoking room). There was only a small, narrow single chair that was able to be used for my older daughter to sleep in, so the other child shared the bed with us. The dinner options are really limited - only really the buffet dinner available, which is pretty expensive. One staff member was telling us that there were no tables available, only to have another nicer one offer us a dinner booking sometime later. Facilites generally in need of an upgrade, it felt a bit dated and not that hygenic.

The kids loved it! The indoor playground and the swimming area was a huge hit for our 2 kids (7, 4). There were lots of great activites that were planned for the kids over easter.

The staff with the exception of a young man on an evening shift at the reception desk (who was very friendly and professional), the female head waitress at the restaurant and the man who checked us in (who was ok) were generally unfriendly. Especially the senior male manager at the restaurant, who very reluctantly gave us ice for our child who had hit his head on the table corner. He verged on being rude. The water in the splash park was too cold to swim in (December). Supposedly it was 28 degrees. Our children in Neopren Outfits still found it too cold. Despite this, we still had a great time, especially in the indoor playground. The small children’s pool is warm but not an area to swim in. The hotel bar closed at 10 pm on December 30th (a Saturday!). Despite it being advertised as open until 1 am on their website. There were also enough people in the bar, but last call was at 9:45 pm.

We had an excellent stay. Great food, amazing array of child friendly facilities, good kid’s club and the clown show was excellent. Our hotel room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the lobby bar at night.

We did not like the service staff very much. Only the reception speaks English, but in the restaurant and spa no one speaks English, not even a few words. It felt that the staff was very unhappy if we asked something in English and they would answer in German. And we felt lost sometimes because we didn't get all the information. All signs are also only in German. Moreover, at the spa we couldn't find a baby changing table so it was very inconvenient to change the baby.

An apartment is spacious and nice. It has all the necessary amenities and a parking space nearby. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and varied. We really enjoyed the children's playroom. It is very big and has many different activities.

The restaurant options of a night were limited. The Italian restaurant was average, and over priced and the buffet for dinner was limited and also expensive.

The place was great, and great value. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The beds comfy, it was quiet and my kids loved the pool.

When paying about 300€ per night (including meals), one would expect a complimentary bottle of water in the room not only upon arrival, but for it to be replaced every day. The hotel could also make a bit more effort towards its foreign guests. It would only take an anglophone trainee to get all sign posts translated at least into English. When going into the Splash centre, the changing rooms are filled with instructions which we don’t understand. And we were disappointed with the laundromat. Only 2 washing machines and 1 dryer for a resort of this size, with no table to fold clothes. Given the expensive price (5€ per load for washing, same amount for drying), we could expect a better equipped area.

We loved the quiet and green environment, and the kids absolutely loved the splash centre and games area. The room was spacious and the dressing was fabulous. The buffets were diversified and good.

- Uncomfortable pillows - A sink is installed outside a bathroom for some reason, just next to the entrance door. So it can be noisy to use it if your child (or someone else) is sleeping - A shower head needs to be cleaned of calcium deposits - No bathrobes in a room

- Breakfast was fabulous - The locations is superb in the middle of fields, very good for kinda soul retreat. Not far from national parks though. - Very friendly and helpful staff - Entrance to the Splash family center is included. It's very entertaining - Big free parking lot - A supplementary bottle of water
