Tom, is the perfect host. All you need is available in his guesthouse. This is the best guesthouse I have ever visited.

Excellent room, very clear instructions on how to get in and where to find everything. Although I ended up never seeing my host due to being too tired innthe evening and leaving early in the morning, everything was crystal clear nonetheless. There was a lot of information and maps and some candies and handy travel stuff provided too.

Morning. Everything was beyond every expectation

This is by far the best guesthouse I've stayed at, and I travelled quite a bit. The cleanliness, the attention to detail even in the small things, and the hospitality is of another level. This is not a business, this is personal. Tom wants you to have tea with him in the morning and have a chat. Amazing!!

Unfortunately no breakfast is offerred at this place. If i had to improve something, i would reduce the amount of instructions around the house.

Tom is a very friendly person, and gave us a warm welcome. The house has everything you wish for, and in case you forgot anything during your packing, basic needs (and more...) are to be found in the house. We also played card games we borrowed from the house :)

Since the big flood a few restaurants have closed and not opened up yet, so you either have to make a walk up to Gemünd (about half an hour) or get your groceries in front to cook at the accomodation. So... Absolutely nothing negative about the accomodation itself, only about the few restaurants surrounding it.

Most friendly host, welcomes you at the door with a grand tour. Bedroom has anything you can think of, from a phone charger with 3 different usbpieces to books and magazines, bathroom has a variety of shower supplies and kitchen is properly equiped if you want to cook your own food. They have a minifridge, post card standard (with stamps!) and a wall full of info folders about the region. Best of all, if you are open to hiking suggestions, let Tom take a look at your planned hike for some good alterations!!! Host as well as the accomodation have been the best I have seen so far traveling around (even at a 5 star all inclusive you wouldn't get this kind of service)!

The location was very quiet. The house was very organized and it was extremely easy to find everything due to the labels. The bathroom was very well equipped with many personal items in case you had forgotten something. We would recommend it 100%.

One of the best home stays I have ever experienced. There was nothing that would disappoint me. Just to name a few pluses: - very cozy house in quiet surroundings - Tom is a super nice and helpful host, really caring about comfort of his guests - ultra clean - perfect wifi - there is a small parking place under the roof if you come on a motorbike/bicycle

Recently, our couple visited a very cozy guest house at Thomas's. We were pleasantly surprised by the little things that the owner thought of! We felt at home! We were lucky to meet Thomas, he is a very pleasant and attentive person) Since I am from Ukraine and now there is such a difficult situation in my country Thomas allowed us to stay a little longer, we are very grateful to him for this gesture!) A great place to feel at home or stay while traveling somewhere! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The room and bathroom are pretty big and clean! And I really love that they have all kinds of toiletries prepared, especially the hair conditioner! Also, Wi-Fi is stable everywhere at the guesthouse all the time.

The people in the other room needed a lot of time in the bathroom, so the first morning we were waiting quite long before we could go to the wc. Parking in the street was ok, but we were a bit nervous about the big tractors Thomas warned us about :D

The personal touch. Thomas really likes to talk with his guests. He was very sorry he was not around the first night, but he made sure all was perfect organised. The location was easy to find (up hill). Thomas has a lot of information about the area, and books and maps for walks and hikes. The bathroom was super clean and very well equiped with all you could need. Everywhere clear instructions for use and how to leave the place. You share both kitchen and bathroom (with Thomas and with other guests)
