The location is perfect, you can use the tram to go to the historical parts of the city. And the rooms are clean. There was an open buffet breakfast for 16.90, which was also very good.

Hotel is fairly basic in terms of the room size and amenities. Aircon is not cold -- felt like 27/28 deg cel. We were there in spring so it wasn't much of an issue, but I would not risk it in summer.

Good location -- hundred times better than anywhere near the central station! Nice park nearby for a stroll. Nice and spacious lobby area.

1. The first room I was allocated in the afternoon was nice but the problem was the air conditioning didn’t work. It was one of those rare hot days in Frankfurt which I purposely booked this hotel with A/C. Went downstairs for help, HOWEVER, the Chinese female staff who was arrogant told me and the manager Boris that she thinks the room has no issue, BUT later when me and Boris the manager went up to check and clearly Manager witnessed the issue and confirmed the room is very warm as sauna. In that moment itself can prove how unprofessional and arrogant that Chinese female staff is! Also while I said I needed to open the door and stood at the alley way coz I couldn’t stand the sauna heat in the room, she was rudely told me to shut the door not let other guest to see us(?!) why she’s talking like someone demanding I , the guest, what to do, when she is the staff who support to help me with kindness? She is very odd and overall I don’t trust her at all. 2. Another issue I didn’t like about the hotel is it’s surrounding and very close to other buildings windows. I could easily see other human from my windows so I feel uncomfortable they could see me as well.

Full credit to Boris ,the evening manager , he helped the issues I encountered during my stay, went above and beyond when other staff failed me with poor judgment and solving problems issue (that I would mention at the dislike section). I’m really glad Boris was there who I could trust with great English speaking skills. Overall, he is the best hotel manager I’ve met in very long time. Kind, willing to help.

Location was good, a short walk or tram ride from the cnetral station and headed in the directions away from the craziness of Frankfurt. However not a lot going on around the hotel. Very few restaurant options nearby at least easily spotted.

A great fit for business travel. Comfortable rooms well equipped, helpful staff and ample check-in and check-out hours. One of my top choices for a hotel stay on a budget.

The room was clean and comfortable, location was good - central yet far enough from the notorious areas. Check-in was quick and easy. I liked that the checkout was at 12 and not 11 as I very much needed that extra hour of sleep.

Staff member was also uncertain how many rooms we had booked which confused the check-in process a bit. Could have also used a more explicit statement of breakfast times and checkout during check-in. I felt I had to search bit for these (before finally finding them on the piece of card that held my room key)

Location, cost, room, and most importantly, the staff. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was within easy walking distance of many of the sites (which really helped during the transit strike). The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the large room and bathroom. Definitely a 5 star in my books for this price category.

I really liked the location in the city. Really close to U bahn station, also really close to the train station. The prise was really affortable and also 7 minutes close to the Skyline shopping center where you can find everything.

I would have liked a quick continental breakfast option - a brezel or croissant & coffee for a good price - less than the buffet breakfast price anyway. The nearest bakery/cafe is about 1/2 mile away in a shopping centre (so the ambiance isn't great) and I would have preferred to be able to stay in the hotel for breakfast. Also the pressure of the water-saving shower head could have been better :-)

The location was excellent to head over to Messe Frankfurt, and just a short walk to take the U Bahn into the city center. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. My room was on the 5th floor, and thanks to the double paned windows it was surprisingly quiet. Great value for money.
