Premier Inn does what it does, and doesn't let you down. Right by the station, but still got a good night's sleep. Lovely staff on the desk, super helpful.

Air con in the rooms was a little poor. Warm nights but couldn't sleep with window open as the train nose woke you up.

There was limited food at 9.30 in the breakfast room (breakfast supposed to be until 10.30) Also limited parking for the hotel Our room was facing railways - if you open the window it became vey loud

There was some construction in the elevator and some minor scuffs in the wall of my room. Nothing truly worth a complaint.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty nice. There were some scuffs on the walls and the room wasn't huge, but it was far better than I expected for what I paid in a great location. I don't speak German well, but that was never an issue. Jonas was really attentive at check in and made sure I knew that though cleaning wasn't automatic, they were more than happy to provide anything we needed. The shower worked well and was adjustable. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was on a Saturday night

The free WiFi was not good. Was told it might be the location of my room but I think Premier Inn needs to improve this. WhatsApp WiFi calls were an impossibility in Rm 305.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good option to be able to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. Excellent location, close to station, city centre, the old town and walkable to the Wöhrdersee.

The hotel is located in walking distance from the train station. As the hotel-owned parking was full, we had to park in a public parking lot, but this was no problem as it was located only 30 seconds from the hotel entrance. The staff was great. They were courteous, helpful, and discrete. Despite the proximity to the train station and tracks we could not the least and slept very well.

In our second day stay we asked for room service and additional coffee but only received the coffee and may be the front desk person did not get my point for room service query.

Make sure you double check which premier inn you're going to as there are 2 within 20 minutes of eachother and we went to the wrong one first!

Super clean, super comfy bed, good shower, great location close to train station. Had to book this last minute when our train got cancelled and so super grateful for such a nice checkin process at 3am!

The heating system is quite noisy and It would have been great if the room had a small fridge.

Ive never seen such a nice and lovely staff as in this hotel.

When we arrived receptionist told us that we had a reservation for 3 rooms when in actual fact I booked two rooms. When I tried to show the booking.com app to show the booking for 2 rooms the receptionist rudely told me that she is not interested to see the app and she goes by what she has in their system. Another receptionist promptly intervened and cancelled the extra room free of charge.
