The only slight negative was that the outside of the windows in the room were dirty. and actually blocked some light. This didn't affect the overall quality of the stay (which was very high) but it left a bit of a negative impression and would be an easy thing to fix.

An excellent Premier Inn located approx 20 mins walk from the historic centre of Regensburg. The walk is quite enjoyable - through a leafy, upmarket suburb. This slightly out-of-town location ensures that the hotel is quiet at night so is actually an advantage. Well worth checking out the beautiful Dornberg Park, which is roughly mid-way between the hotel and Altstadt. The hotel itself is impressive. Everything is new and the room was very well appointed, including a very comfortable bed and superb bathroom and shower. The choice of firm and soft pillows in the room is a thoughtful touch that you don't often find in hotels. The staff at check-in were helpful and friendly and the wi-fi was excellent. Overall a very comfortable place to stay in Regensburg and outstanding value for money.

It was a little bit far from the center (we came with train, not with car and it was raining). This is my only complaint. For people coming with a car this is absolutely perfect location.

A very clean and modern hotel at a convenient price. Not quite in the city center, but easy to reach by bus or even by walking from the central train station in Regensburg.

No bus on Sunday, and no later evening buses. Inaccurate information about buses on hotel website FAQ which meant us boarding the wrong bus at the rail station, returning on the bus partway back to rail station and then a long walk with luggage. Admin details of payment for breakfast a bit muddled - helpful staff sorted it.

The beds aren't the greatest but at the same time definitely not below standard - just something that takes some getting used to.

New, fresh looking (albeit a bit small), very clean and quiet rooms with nice staff. Breakfast was good, I really appreciated the assortment of leaf teas. For some reason the hotel, while being very nice, was also quite inexpensive, which is definitely appreciated.

There was nothing that could have made me our selecting this hotel.

We are experienced and well versed travellers - both professionally and for leisure. The welcome was very professional in every aspect. The hotel offered all we needed for our stay. And above all, it seemed to me that the staff handling our arrival and the departure knew and loved their job. The off-the-center location also provided for safe and worry-free partking. We shall consider Premier Inn for future travels.

Not a big thing, but it looks like it's not possible to enter the garage before checking in at the reception desk and controlling the temperature in the room was a bit confusing at first.

Simple, practical and new hotel. Everything works well and the room is as quiet and comfortable as it gets in similar hotels. While the modern property and it's immediate surrounding have little character, this is well compensated with relative proximity to the likeable old town. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would gladly stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Lange reception lounge with drinks and coffee available. Easy access to train station by local bus which departs regularly from outside the hotel.
