Hotel facilities were very basic (which is fine as we knew what we were booking). The hotel is right next to a shopping mall and the area is very modern, which has its pros and cons, but I would say you have to travel out of the area to see the city properly. The view from our room was a bit of a skyline and a hole in the ground.

Comfortable basic hotel with minimal facilities. Fairly good breakfast. Hotel well located near the central station and next to a metro station (unfortunately the days we were there there was a strike so we couldn't use it!), and right in front of the Stadtbibliothek am Mailänder Platz which you should definitely visit while you're in town.

The hotel was spotless and the room was big and light. The room had a lovely view to the middle of the square. As the hotel is in a business area the only sound I could hear was from the underground however it wasn't very loud. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom facilities were brilliant. It's a shame I planned to spend most of my day out of the hotel

Being in the room for 5 days makes it desirable to have it cleaned at least once, there was no cleaning at all during this stay, had to ask reception for toilet paper since I ran out. There was not much space to store clothing.

The 3 lifts get you to your floor / room super fast, you don’t have to wait long, temperature in the room was pleasant and is something you can control yourself, bed comfy and room is spacious enough.

Amazing experience in this hotel! To begin with a friendly and attentive staff, from check-in to check-out. Very good hotel facilities and the room was exceptional, beds were comfy and shower was amazing, very good explanation about the hotel and services offered within the TV menu, cleanness was also a strong point. Location is prime! Very well located close to restaurants, stores, shopping mall and recreation area. Also almost connect to a subway station that allows you to go to the city center in minutes. I've boughed breakfast separate from the reservation and the whole experience was amazing. Good food and attentive staff, replacement of items always on time.

Would appreciate a small fridge in the room. Breakfast seemed overpriced at €16. Also at check in, a huge group in front of us was paying €71/night so we felt dumb for booking through this site for €90.

Hot breakfast is extra 16.9 euros but not available during the whole duration of our stay due to issues with the kitchen. On our check in was informed that everyday cleaning of the room is not available but we were advised to ask from reception anything needed in the room. The reason was a campaign saving money to donate to children in need . On the thrid day of our stay i asked for cleaning service and to replenish coffee capsules and i was served both adequately.

New hotel, with contemporary decoration. Stayed in a Premier room on high floor with nespresso coffee machine. Nice room with numerous lighting options. Bed very comfortable . Linen of good quality. Water in the fridge. Good soundproof rooms.Very comfortable location , next to uban station and one stop from the center of Sttutgard. U6 offers direct link to airport in 35 min. Next to shopping centre and big choice of restaurants. Live bar at the lobby with a veryenergetic barman. Reception staff polite but needs to interact more with clients, not being just robots.

I asked to wake me up in the morning, just knock on the door coz they don’t have phones in rooms but the staff declined and said they don’t provide such service and i should go to a 4/5 stars hotel.

Great location, 1 min on foot to the metro station! Everything in the center is available on foot. There is a big shopping mall nearby with all the possible facilities.

Excellent hotel for a city visit, 10 min walk from the main station. Close to a big shopping centre and within easy walk of the city centre. Hotel is new , clean and modern. Rooms are spacious , breakfast is pretty good and reasonably priced. Very helpful and friendly staff.

sometimes I cannot use the lift with card and has to changed one by reception, which is a tiny trouble. besides, the breakfast cost is a little higher as 16 euro
