The location is very good and easily accessible for those arriving by train, as it is next to Wiesbaden's main station. There is a car park for those arriving by car. The surrounding area is safe for those on foot. We were well received and had our questions answered. Everything was very clean, especially the bathroom. The room is pleasant, with a modern style. I personally prefer harder mattresses, and the one we slept on was softer, but it was fine. My husband could walk to the concert of his favourite band at the Kulturzentrum Schlachthof Wiesbaden. We'd go back!

the hotel is located near the station (5 minutes walk). pleasant and polite staff. the room was spacious. it was clean. large bed, TV, hairdryer, towels.

I found check-in on site unusually slow. Sink and shower didn't drain very well.

The room was comfortable and generally clean. The parking spaces in the garage were suited for larger cars as well. Internet worked well and the street-facing room was quiet even though it was a main street crossing. The price is attractive.

The walls appear a bit thin. I could feel the person next to me when they left their room or sat on the bed. Assuming the beds are on opposite side of the wall. No EV charging available. Brand new building and you couldn't put in a charger?!? Yes there is one at the train station. Really? You expect customers to walk that far? Speaking of walking, NO LUGGAGE CART(S). Seriously? Stupid elevator. To go to the basement parking, you have to get on one elevator, get off in the lobby, then get on the other elevator. No refrigerator in the room. Bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Had to prop it open.

Didn't eat breakfast. Location isn't too bad for Wiesbaden. Lots of outlets.

Rooms very clean and comfortable, heated floor in the bathroom, very modern and silent rooms. Ideal location as next to train station and close to motorway. Breakfast ok

High parking fees, we just stayed for the night, you pay per day not per hours, so it‘s 2*15€ = 30€ The Kur tax also comes on top which is not their fault, but summing up everything of course makes the stay lot more expensive than the indicated price.

The cleaning is poor. You need to ask at the reception to clean your room or to change the towels. The room and bathroom doors have many finger marks which shows that they haven’t been cleaned in a long time.

The location of Premier Inn Wiesbaden is excellent. Very close to public transport. The room is very good with powerful heating system, adequate lighting and comfortable beds. There is a water kettle and some tea coffee sachets along with cups and spoons. Bathroom has got floor heating on, the shower works great. Friendly staff. Recommended hotel. WiFi is really good.

Extremely friendly staff! Should get a bonus for best costumer service! Everybody was helpful and nice. Hotel is lovely -very clean,quiet and with the curtains - nice dark for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay very much! One of the best hotels we have stayed worldwide within this price range. Really good value for money. Thank you! Highly recommended!
