The lady at the reception first put me in an old room that I didn't reserve in Booking . After my complaint I got my room. I think she did it on purpose . Breakfast at the level of two stars, terribly meager. Rooms at the level of max 3 stars. Overpriced parking ticket 22euro. It was cold in the room ,and there is no heating .No slippers.This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Max 2-3 stars

Everything was fine!

We loved the location, lots of greenery, quiet - but close to public transport and a 20min walk from the old town so we could see most of the sights on foot. Garage parking. Lift from the garage straight to the 4th floor was a big plus. Helpful and efficient staff. Nice breakfast selection. We loved the KettyBot robot in the breakfast room. :) Close to some good restaurants and a park. Spotless rooms, comfy beds, modern (albeit smallish) bathrooms. Complimetary drinks were a nice touch. Plenty of room in the family suite. We stayed for almost a week and would choose the hotel again.

The room was hotter than expected especially considering the cold weather. Luckily there was a fan in the room. I didn’t like that we weren’t given water every day in the room as most other hotels provide this for guests.

It was to locate using Google maps. There was a tram very close to the location which was ideal as we were travelling up and down. Breakfast was good. Free drinks in the room upon arrival.

The maids are very quick when they need to warn you that you are five minutes late leaving the room, but three days is not enough for them to pick up other people's cigarette butts from the balcony. Regardless, we would come to that hotel again.

A great location near the city center and the possibility of parking in the garage are definitely a plus. The staff at the reception do their job properly.

The hotel style was a bit old, I think this is the hotel design. The pillow was not comfortable. The room was spacious. The supervisor was so sweet, we had an emergency situation and we had to leave Germany. We have booked for 2 days and we have stayed for one day. The other day was postponed to when we came back to Germany. She was very understanding and polite. Thank you

Seemed like the hotel was mostly empty, so a little too quiet. Didn't try the breakfast. Bed was wasn't uncomfortable, but could have been better.

The staff was very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, except for chirping birds at 4am. Residential, nice area. Walkable to lots of cool pubs and restaurants. Walkable to old town, but barely. Room size was great. Nice separation, everything was clean and tidy. Iron was available on request. Free welcome drinks in the mini fridge! Nice touch.

Breakfast was good, although a bit more variety would be appreciated, e.g. some fresh fruit, more types of bread and cakes, more types of muesli and seeds... One blind and one curtain of the room were slightly damaged, which prevented us from sleeping in the dark.

Location was very conveniently a few hundred meters from downtown Munich and the hotel has some parking space in the garage, which is great. We received a bigger room than we booked, and it was quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel is overall quite nicely furnished.

Check in & out we're both possible till late. Friendly staff, diverse and good breakfast buffet. The room offered more than enough space. A little balcony even. Location was perfect. Would recommend!

The bed lights and the power plugs near the bed did not work. The breakfast was below average. It didn’t meet the four star rating of the hotel.

Rooms a bit tired. Toilet bowl stained. Shower head doesn't stay straight when it's on, so you need to hold it. WiFi dropped in and out. TV remote wouldn't turn the TV on, but this wasn't a big problem for me since I had my tablet.

Good location in quiet neighborhood, underground close by so easy to get around. Very spacious room. Bar stayed open late.

I didn´t like the TV as the TV was placed on the Desk and not in front of the bed. Means you have not really a comfortable position. For the price of the room the TV should be in front of you bed etc.

Hot. Germany hotels must be this way. They supplied an electric fan though which was a good friend to have.

The maid saved our day. We had asked for the hotel to get us a cab to pick us up for an early morning flight home. The following day, no cab. We asked the housekeeping lady to help us call a cab. She did this immediately and our cab got us to the airport on time. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Room is comfortable, our first hotel that did not get the entire bathroom wet from showers. Cleaned our room daily. Breakfast smelled so good every morning. Location is off the beaten path, quiet, comfortable. And I loved the fan!

Good size room, location near a very good brewery for food and drink, but little else in surrounding area, so travel to the hot spots needed. Breakfast was good and was nice to be able to have in my room. Staff were super helpful with anything asked and accomodated us really well.
