The rooms have a nice design and are overall quite well thought through. The breakfast was very good. Overall we liked the hotel very much. We even had an early check-in for free as a surprise. Gladly again!

Not something the hotel can change but it's not a "family" hotel. Our kids were definitely the only kids there. This has to do with location and that most guests seemed to be on girls/boys trips to party on the Reeperbahn.

Great, really large breakfast. Despite being close to a lot of action and a large hotel, rooms were quiet. Nice bonus was getting drink chips for the bar at check in.

Neighborhood is a bit rowdy at night, but that's not the hotels fault (and we didn't feel unsafe)

One of the other reviews said the decor looks like a toothpaste commercial, and I can confirm. But everything worked great (good a/c, comfy bed, clean bathroom and good shower) so no complaints!

The hallways of our floor smelled bad a little bit.

Breakfast was really good! They had put take away cups for the coffee machine and I had never seen this in other hotels, it’s a great idea! Definitely worth the price. The rooms are very nice and clean but small. The designs of the room is really unique and pretty. Staff were friendly.

It took a very long time to check in, hated the fact the room numbers are situated at floor level on the inside of the door surround, and painted in a pale colour- really hard to find the room. Not even a plastic cup to clean your teeth in the bathroom. I didn’t have the breakfast, it seemed way overpriced for what was on offer.

The parking situation is really messy. There is a parking right beside the hotel which is shared between LIDL and the hotel. The downstairs is from the Hotel and the ground level is for LIDL, however, that is really not clear as when you enter the parking, you get a card with the hotel's name in it. We arrived in the evening and the downstairs parking lot was full, so I parked in the ground level one. To clear my mind, I decided to ask the reception at the hotel, which was very little helpful with the situation. They just told me I could not park the car in LIDL or the police would take my car. Did not provide me any tips of how parking works in Hamburg, so I had to solve all by myself, meaning driving around for 30 minutes until I could finally park the car far away from the hotel. Not the best service.

Room was really cool, great decoration and very clean. It had perks such as wireless phone chargers. Self check-in was smooth and easy, hotel location is good.

Receptionist needs some professional training to welcome and communicate with the guest during check-in and check out. No hand wash and shower gel in the room. Door locked was damaged so I was afraid to leave the room alone but it's a temporary technical problem.

tbh I liked the room very much, specially AC option if ur traveling during the summer season, this is a best choice. Room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the TV with HDMI input and Apple airplay option was felt as home, coffee was complimentary in the morning even I didn't book the breakfast. The best is that u have everything you need around the hotel.

Unfortunately, not all the staff speak English well, which made some issues difficult to discuss. But in the end we found a solution.

Very conveniently located, with stores and cafes available close by. Self check-in is available at the reception desk, also simplified check-out procedure. The hotel serves a large buffet and there is also a choice of vegetarian food.
