Nothing to complain about

Apr 2024 We found this lovely hotel close to the Stuttgart airport for two nights. In spite of the proximity to the airport, there was no noise from the planes. It's a quick 15 minute drive to Stuttgart city center. The room was large and very clean with modern furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. There is plenty of parking on the street parallel to the hotel. You can find restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood but not walking distance from the hotel. It you have a car, this hotel is a great option.

The lack of outlets… Two were located to the bathroom (bad for electronics) and none by the desk… No restaurants close by.

The hotel was by a main road and we struggled with the noise. The shower power was great but the drainage was poor so water was building up spoiling the showering experience. We reported it and the Receptionist took note but not sure if someone was able to get to it and fix it... don't think so

The staff were very professional, warm and friendly. They were super helpful too

Housekeeping comes very early to clean the room 😊 and then you will not find anyone in the hotel as its help yourself in everything

while the pressure was great, the shower didn’t drain well. we also felt a little put off by the lack of breakfast options but it looked like maybe they just weren’t put out yet? we came once breakfast started and pushed back our departure for the included breakfast. I just don’t know that I’d pay for the breakfast if it’s an option to exclude it.

I appreciated the power of the shower and the space of the room. appreciated the kindness at check in and the comfort of the bed. I felt safe and felt like it was excellent for a quick stay!

I was given the option to choose a double room with single beds and so I did. They could have told me that such a room is not available anymore but they haven’t. Once I made the reservation it was too late - it was non refundable. I was constrained to pay one other room in order to sleep alone in my bed. And so I did

The shower head was not connected properly and was leaking. Also not having a shower curtain or door, led to water over the floor

The windows did not have enough cover to provide good enough shade for my toddler to nap. Also the electric plugs were not very convenient to the bed or side table. The room was also small.

The price was very reasonable and the included breakfast was nice with several options.

reception closes at 8, so after that you have to get your key from a key safe. would have been nice to have a person to speak to. the hotel was deserted at 10 when we arrived, which made it feel very odd

Very strange lay-out. Outdated carpet and plenty space but nowhere to sit. Could use a sofa in the room. Breakfast was unprepared. Nothing good to say about it.

This hotel gave us the option to request a cot for our baby, then when we arrived late at night to find there was no cot, told us they do not reserve cots. We were left in our room with nowhere for our baby to sleep, who cried all night. We got no sleep, our baby was extremely distressed. I am two months pregnant and should not be exposed to this kind of stress. The staff were unapologetic about the situation. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew there was a possibility we would not have a cot for the night. I am absolutely furious at the treatment we have recieved and have written bad reviews for it on every review website I can think of.

the lightening of the room, the showers weren't very well designed, so half of the water ended in the whole bathroom. The toilets seemed to have a plumbing problem, as it always looked like faeces in their, so had to flush prior to use every time, to avoid that look.

The keys to open the main door is the same for our room. Does that mean anyone can enter? It doesn’t automatically lock. No elevator. We have to carry our huge luggage to the 3 rd floor. Not much food for their overpriced breakfast
