Staff, He ( Ahmadzi) was trying to over charge my €117 , it was t only me, before me one of the guest was arguing. Even parking not free. No car charger available. I had a complain and I asked his name, he refused to give his name. At the end I was writing on piece paper, then he said his name.

The rooms need updating, no air conditions. The quality of the bedding was poor. The staff should speak English, rather just few worlds. The breakfast should be included in the price. The hotel is not family friendly.

The hotel is under renotivation. There was no mention of it anywhere on any web-site. I specifically selected the hotel based on the fact that they had a decent fitness room (based on the pics). The fitness room was unusable since it was stinking very very strongly of paint.

The beds were tiny doubles that was not really the issue the quits were, they didn’t even hit the sides of the bed, considering it’s freezing this time of year I really want a blanket that’s going to cover my body. I requested a baby cot this was an option offered, as my daughter is 5 months old... no travel cot. When entering the hotel the staff member was really nice, just there was maintenance that was not seen to properly. Approaching the lifts there was material lining all over the floor and also cellotaped in the lifts... hazard! The rooms are dated especially the bathroom, although they was clean. I hate moaning and we stayed in a different hotel every night of our trip this is by far the worst hotel but also the most expensive.

ICE cold shower!!!! No hot water at all!!! We pointed that out to the front desk, who just said, that was normal when everybody took at shower at the same time :-0 Paying 100 euro per night, we expect hot water so we can take a shower at the end of the day (It's december folks!)

We travelled with a dog and were charged an extra 10 Euros for this. The lock on our first room did not work and we had to move rooms. The second room was very old, stains on a very old carpet and old beds. Even the dog was unimpressed. Feels like we paid extra for an old room used solely for dog owners. The hotel had a total 80s feel and it felt that it was being milked as a location without any investment. No AC.

We picked this hotel because of its location to the motorway. Looks like other guests made the same decision. Friendly and helpful staff.

Close to the highway when just passing through Germany and needing a sleepover.

For 60€ each (no breakfast) in a room with a window that don't close properly, you hear all the motors roar at the highway, in front of you, day and night. If you don't book the breakfast, you can cross the highway to get it at the gas station. A 10 minutes walk through a lovely neighborhood to get to the highway to get the bus to get to Kassel. I really enjoyed Documenta but never again at this place.

So the pool wasn’t open, the bar wasn’t open, the small courtyard wasn’t open, the restaurant was not at all as before. It was fried stuff with fried stuff and something from a paper sauce
