The reception had very limited opening times so we could not really ask them anything. They did not offer breakfast in low season so we had to go to a local bakery (not too bad but would have been nice). The tap water is barely drinkable, would have been nice to have a drinking water dispenser.

Room was clean and well-equipped. Shared bathrooms were very clean and easy to use. All the facilities worked as expected. The area is quiet.

Perhaps the absence of a visitor’s kitchen to use for self catering opportunities….like in a Youth hostel situation…to prepare meals…cook breakfast and prepare snacks for day trips…and provide tea and coffee…. The restaurant prices were too high and not enough choices for Vegetarians and we were sad that at breakfast there was too much single use UN necessary plastic packaging….for example butter and jam….and a more generous self service would be preferred….the staff was polite and kind but too busy….. Also a comfortable lounge room with sofas and books and maps where travellers could meet each other and swap and share stories would be great for groups of young people…More detailed Bike maps…and train maps

A modestly furnished, but spotlessly clean and well-prepared hotel for cyclists. Compared to other facilities in which we slept on our way around Lake Constance - its cost in relation to the comfort of rooms or common space seemed to us quite high. On the plus side, I would add nice service and a great restaurant located in the same building

Very nice and helpful staff, good location, very clean, the shared tiollets and bathrooms were not also a problm for us since plenty of it wereeasily accessible and clean. Considering the price in the area which accommodation is quietly expensive, I recommend it for short 2-4 days stays. Free public transportation in the area was also included for us.

It is not in the city of Radolfzell so you should take a train to go there. The room didn't have an AC and it was too hot so we left the window open but because it is near the lake you may get insects inside.

It is more like a hostel but they have private rooms too. We had a room with 4 beds for two of us. The showers and bathrooms are shared but they are kept clean and acceptable. They gave us a free day pass for public transportation which was very useful.

Our room was located facing train tracks and a light post. No AC so in the summer you need to open a window at night to cool the room. Unfortunately when we did that there was a bright light post shining into our room and the train was louder. Made it hard to sleep comfortably and kept waking up the kids. They have a curtain but it is thick and if you close it, it blocks fresh air from coming in. I tried switching rooms but hotel was full and unable to accommodate. My mom stayed in a room on the opposite side and did not have these issues. If you book this room, request a room that is not facing the tracks, it is cooler and quieter. Some also have their own bathroom.

The facility is very clean and located close to a pebble beach and a great breakfast bakery. They have shared bathrooms on the first floor but they were clean and offered privacy. 30 min to Rhein Falls and the other local attractions like Mainau Island, aquarium and small zoo

very bike friendly, place was very well organised, clean, comfortable. rooms were well designed with lots of space for your things, fan, comfortable beds, nice big windows to get airflow. great showers and toilets , very clean. close to train station for easy access to town but couldn’t hear the trains at night so we’ll sound proofed. quiet neighbourhood so slept well!
