Breakfast closes on the dot 😀 Although the restaurant looks nice, it’s not fav cuisine and I would prefer the option of simple things like steak and chicken so ate out!

Nothing major at all, but the room did not come with any lotion stocked in it and the late night room service didn't have many options.

Beds were comfortable and room had great features! Overall a beautiful hotel in a great location. has a cool multi-floor aquarium running up the middle of the bar area!

Cleaning of the room and bathroom wasn’t done properly and most of the days was inexistent even if the the cleaning service was in our room. We had to ask several times for toilet paper or for our trash bin to be emptied and with no success usually

Everything you need available in the room. The room service was very helpful and asking you if you need any thing like water or coffee capsule you don't have to ask him 😉. The location is the best location in Berlin.

Swimming pool is very cold (energy saving I guess). The air conditioning is quite noisy. Personnel lacks problem-solving skills (i forgot my iphone charger in the room and at first they denied finding it, after I insisted it took them almost 2 hrs to magically find and return it).

Great location.Modern interior. And of course the giant aqauruim in the lobby is amazing. Very good selection at breakfast.

The shower was clogged and water exited slowly.

An exceptional hotel in heart of Berlin. There is a huge aquarium in the lobby which shocks the imagination. The room was great, big, stylish and functional. But the most important and valuable thing for me was that I was able to book it Friday at 22 -- my flight was cancelled. At midnight when I reached the hotel, the reception was open and the stuff was friendly. Thank you 🙏

Everything, from the moment I walked in, beautiful lobby and bar lounge . Friendly, very helpful staff, the room was spotless and very comfortable . Perfect hotel for central tourist attractions, I would say it's an ideal hotel , if you are visiting Berlin for the first time. Hub of transport local too

The spa wasn't what I expected. It's small and not exceedingly nice, comparatively. The staff doesn't enforce the rules, which is a bit annoying.

High quality rooms and bed, nice staff, great location. I always love staying at the Radisson. Great breakfast!

Beautiful hotel, centrally located, modern, clean, spectacular view from room 3197 (corner Junior suite) overlooking Dom and Alexanderplatz (all x197 rooms are corner junior suites), parking spots in the garage downstairs, 24 hours with lift accessible, a very enjoyable experience

did not clean our room one of the days at all, did not pick up the phone, did not replenish the in-room amenities such as water and coffee, the staff did not speak any English whatsoever;
