No Kidz menu. We had to convince bartender to give us glasses n ice cubes to drink in our rooms. It should be that tough. Our room had hand wash instead of body wash and body wash instead of handwash. The location is not close to any metro or tram station. Also Google location is not updated for how to reach the entrance.

There was a lot of dark hairs everywhere, in the bathroom, in the bed. I am blonde and my partner is bald… breakfast was also €50 for the two of us which I find quite steep for a buffet breakfast

The Hotel is located a hit outside of the city center and it takes you about 20 minutes to travel by foot and metro.

I appreciated the complimentary water upon arrival in iur rooms, and any day, our room was cleaned as well as the complimentary treats and fruity water in the lobby. I also liked, that there is complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap in every bathroom! It's great to know that some items can be left T home. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Entrance into underground parking a bit inconspicuous to find and the spaces are on the tight side, but otherwise good. My only gripe - there were no slippers in the room, and as there are no carpets, my feet were freezing on the cold floors.

Comfy bed, clean and quiet room. Excellent and plentiful breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for attending events at the Palladium concert hall (only 3 tram stops away).

Not many facilities immediately around the hotel although 15 minutes walk to a high street and 25 minutes walk to Cologne centre itself. Clean room however the bathroom bin had not been emptied before we arrived

actually there was nothing that i didn't like for this property, it was a really comfortable and worth it.

Friendly Staff, really good breakfast, clean rooms, great location to fair area (only 3 min walking). i really recommend this property due value of money and facilities. Also the lobby bar was wonderful.

The reception staff let us stand outside for a while when the revolving doors didn’t work since the door bell apparently didn’t work. Expensive dog fee of 30 €, but no water/food bowls or treats given

Free upgrade to a very spacious room, comfortable bed, Senseo coffee machine and two complementary bottles of water. Pretty quiet rooms. Nice complementary sweets bar.

The morning prior to my departure I stayed in, had remote work to do. Asked for housekeeping later. Repeated the request around 2pm at the reception, prior to going into the city. When I came back, three hours later, nothing had been done. I went back to the reception asking for info. I was told they’d take care of it. Twenty minutes past, nothing happened. Phoned another receptionist who told me there’s no one to do the work at 5pm. She couldn’t explain why they didnt do it around lunch, when I left, nor why the other receptionist promised they’d take care of it, 20 minutes before that call. Annoying moment and not up to the standards for Radisson Blu. Nevertheless, I’d stay there again, hopefully in the same room

I liked everything, from my room on the first floor with a little terrace to the location, with a tram station near by. The gym and sauna also great. Breakfast rather normal, not worth the price. Dinners were good too. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Only problem was that we were a group of 7 couples. 2 couples arrived late due to very bad traffic and there was confusion at the hotel. One couple was booked into a room already occupied by our group and one couple were first told there was no room available. However despite this the situation was readily resolved and everyone got a room.

The property was a perfect location to the Lanxess Arena. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.
