Bathroom doesn’t have a comfortable space to use if you are a lady and you want to do your make up, the shelf is unstable, meaning its surface is round and stuff fall from it all the time. It was cold during the day as the heating was turned on towards the evening. I was trying to sleep in the afternoon and there was someone doing works and banging on the upper floor.

Excellent location, few minutes walk to the Caracalla theme and the other main theme. Great parking facility and superb discount via the hotel. Loved the old furniture, the amazing beautiful wine bar and the exceptional staff who were welcoming, helpful and professional. Spacious rooms. Lovely terrace and views. Super cosy restaurant to, and the food was really good. Great selection of good wine also. The home sekt was nice!

We did pick this hotel partly because we had understood that there was easy parking, so as a result we were a bit disappointed with the parking situation. However, I totally understand that everything is a trade-off and the price you pay for an amazing location on a historic narrow cobblestone street is that you can't stop your car outside to unload your cases and you can't park immediately on the vicinity. However, it was no big deal in the end. We had to unload our bags just slightly further up the street and walk them back to the hotel and then drive a few minutes away to park. Because it was Christmas market time it took us a while to get into the garage and find a spot but once we had done that it was very convenient. So, overall, the parking is not something that should turn you off this hotel if you are able-bodied but I would not recommend this hotel to those with limited mobility.

Very happy with our choice to stay in this hotel. We are a family of 3 with a "tween" and he usually ends up sleeping on sofa beds; it was so nice that he had his own room within our room that had a proper comfortable bed! The location was also fantastic - right near the center of town and also the baths.

We were charged for tea and coffee. We did not eat breakfast because we never do eat breakfast. We understood the tea and coffee part of our room charge. Not a big deal, just a surprise.

The location and the room. It was very convenient to the Caracalla Spa and the Christmas Markets. The restaurant dinner was excellent with a lovely setting.

There is no Lift, but I understand it is a traditional Hotel. My first stay in Room 9 made me very happy. My second stay in Room 12 was disappointing, the bed was too small for me.

The breakfast was served exactly the way I filled up the Breakfast Form. The workers were friendly especially Jasmin, the Hotel Manager and the Restaurant Manager, his name I don't know. The toilet is clean.

Everything was great! The room was clean, roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was good with a wide range of options. The location was very central and close to pretty much everything (i.e. the spas, restaurants, museums, etc.). The staff were amazing, they were always ready to help and gave us a lot of information about the town. We were also able to rent towels for the spas at the hotel for cheaper than at the spas themselves,

Great comfy hotel in the middle of Baden Baden old town. Especially if you intend to enjoy the thermal baths.

We had to ask for some more solid pillows, but the bed and bedding was comfy, German-style. Otherwise, everything was good.

First of all, the staff was incredible friendly and helpful. The reception staff was waiting for our arrival, despite our delay. The rooms were good, with a closet and hangers, antique night tables, and a small fridge. The bathroom was modern, super clean, with a towel heater! Location was excellent, right near the thermal baths in the old town on a cobblestone street. Breakfast was not a buffet but a la carte, with eggs, great bread, fruit etc. and the breakfast room was very helpful.

We travelled by car and found it very difficult to find the place (very narrow streets, you cannot stop in front of the hotel). The hotel can arrange a parking spot in the nearby public carpark but it’s awkward as you are not even allowed to stop in front of the hotel to unload. The hotel has no lift so you have to lug your luggage up a couple of narrow flights of stairs, which is ok if you don’t have much but not so good with heavy suitcases.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely, breakfast very nice. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is great, right in the city centre.
