Everything about this property was excellent. The hotel was charming and well located to walk in the old town. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious . We particularly appreciated the assistance with locating free town parking that would not otherwise have been available without local knowledge.

The building is so lovely and in a charming corner of the city centre. Jasmin was my favourite hotel staff and made me feel very welcome. The room is quite spacious and the breakfast room is lovely and cosy. Walking distance from everything, including the thermae.

Our room was on the top floor so it was a bit of work getting up the narrow stairs but again, the staff offered assistance and we had the bonus of ready access to the rooftop terrace.

Adorable property located in the heart of the Old Town. Staff (front desk and breakfast room) was outstanding in accommodating all our needs, making recommendations, etc. We purchased very reasonably priced bottles of wine at the property to enjoy on the rooftop terrace each evening. Property was adjacent to the first leg of the Panorama Trail that we hiked one of the days. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Walking. distance to everything in Baden-Baden but a quiet neighbourhood. Everyone working in the hotel were so outstanding and helpfull. If we again visit Baden-Baden this would be the place to stay !

There were lots of stairs as it’s a period property and has lots of character. Maybe tricky to navigate.

The only downside of my particular room was that it opened out onto the nearby stairs, and there was a lot of garbage and sometimes people sitting and smoking. But it was mostly quiet.

Location is extremely convenient if you are visiting the spas, just a couple minutes walk. Staff were super friendly, the breakfast is excellent, and the room was cute.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating of special requests. The breakfast was excellent and real value for money. The accommodation was very well furnished to a high standard. A really comfortable, warm stay. Couldn't have been better.

I asked for a parking spot and a Kinderbett and the staff handled my request very swiftly. They gave very helpful information when we checked in, and the breakfast was super with excellent service. Location is also very central with a lot of restaurants and shops around. We will stay here again next time when we come to Baden Baden.

There are a lot of steep stairs up to the rooms (no lift), but the staff helped with our luggage so not a huge problem. Also, no air conditioning so it can get v hot, but there are floor fans so again not a huge problem.

The staff were so accommodating, warm and friendly! Location was excellent and breakfast was generous & tasty. Lovely room with v comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Extensive breakfast options, gorgeous room, central location, nice bathroom, nice staff who were very friendly toward my young child. Big floor fan in room to help keep things cool. Strong wifi. Everything was great. I would have stayed much longer if I could have.

We really enjoyed our stay at Baden Baden thanks to Hôtel Rathausglöckel. Super friendly staff & nice spacious room & right in the city center! You can reach the bath by foot in 2 minutes! We will come back definitely if we come next time to Baden Baden

The climb up the stairs to the property are very steep if you are arriving by public transit. Just something to be aware of.

Fantastic location, walking distance to main attractions in Baden-Baden. The staff was very friendly and even offers towels to take with you to the spas. The room was cute and comfortable.
