They didn’t have two separate beds! Although I booked a room with two beds they said it was a mistake they never have them. It was not as advertised, and ended up not enjoying my stay. Please correct the information on you website it is misleading.

There is nothing really that we did not like. Only that the road to get to the hotel and to the parking is very narrow and you need to be careful (well it is a mediaval town!). We had a small car, so it was ok.

Location is perfect for walking around the town. The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast offered great variety and it was tasty. The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient. Staff was very helpful to store luggage before the room was ready. They accompany you to their private parking area, which is remote from the hotel.

Location is excellent! Navigating in the altstadt can be challenging. Rooms were good size, creaks and all.

Well located jut a block off the main square. Parking is a few blocks away but well managed by the hotel staff. Room was basic but clean, well lit and the nicest bathroom we had on our several stops in Europe in terms of size and lighting. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner outside on their back patio one night and it was very pleasant. Staff attentive and helpful. Would recommend as it exceeded our expectations.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Such a fairytale gem of a hotel. Beautifully located in the middle of old town with lovely views of the cathedral and picturesque, cobblestone streets. Our room was so comfortable and accommodating with a mesmerising view. (The hotel pictures don’t do it justice, it is way lovelier in real life ☺️)

I found no faults with this hotel. Parking is a bit tricky, but that's because of the overall setting in a medieval city.

Beautiful historic hotel perfectly located in the town center. Staff was extremely helpful, room was comfortable and very clean, breakfast was ample and super pleasant. Would definitely book again!

Minor qualm: Access to our parked car had to be requested so that a staff had to go with you to open the gate which can be a bit of a hassle if you need to go back to the car several times. A more major request is to get beds that are more hotel standard in firmness. We didn't get that good quality of sleep because the bed, although very clean, was too soft for our travel-worn middle aged bodies.

Location was central and very near the main square. It's also beside where the Christmas markets are located. The breakfast was typical of a hotel in Germany but it was one of the best we had on this trip. The staff and reception were all very friendly and helpful and someone always spoke good enough english to communicate well. A good historical hotel/building that has been updated just enough to enjoy the more modern amenities without losing the historical feel.

Nothing to not like.

Excellent experience. I can't say enough good things about it. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town, close to everything. Its absolutely charming and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was modern and had good water pressure. The spa was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout. I will recommend it to everyone and hopefully come back also.
