They should provide free Parking space because we have to spend 25 euros extra in the same building.

Hotel and hotel room was disappointing. From our 1st Booking of a Standard Suite we thought it maybe an idea to upgrade to a SUPERIOR room. We should have read the small print.... What we got was 1 sq. meter extra and a double bed instead of twin singles. The room itself reasonably appointed but very cramped - would have received the same in a "budget" hotel with far more modern facilities. Breakfast was E23.00 per person (we only wanted Coffee and pastries) so skipped that. We could find no (working) controls for changing the temperature of the room (no A/con?) or bathroom. It was very hot and stuffy.

Dealings with all staff was very good- they were helpful at all times. Location was excellent Car parking was conveinant under building.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the city centre. The hotel itself is a good value deal, nothing exceptional about it, nor anything bad about it. For the price, you cannot beat the location. I would recommend it, and stay there again.

It wasn't very clean. There were some flies in the shower, and marks from their wings on the walls. Things you actually use (like mirrors, sink, tap, shower bottom, sheets, table top) were clean. But the walls, table legs etc. were dirty. Actually there was a web in a water drain. Anyway, as a place to stay for a night before the next trip it's absolutely fine.

The staff were really friendly, smiley and helpful. The location is very good, everything you need is nearby. All the things you need for a short stay are there. Three clean towels, a kettle. I also liked that you can open the windows there and air a bit. It was quiet and there were blackout curtains — that's great.

- Bed comfort. The bed had a spring mattress, so it was quite jumpy and not really comfortable. The pillow is quite flat so it would've been nice to have double pillows on the bed. - Bit of an outdated feel overall, but it does not matter much!

- Location. The hotel is just a short walk away from the heart of the city, but is located in a quiet neighborhood. The S-bahn is very closeby. - Staff. Lovely, smiling and helpful staff! - Parking garage. We appreciated the possibility to park right in the building. - Pet friendliness. We were traveling with a dog and got a lovely "pet welcome package" in our room with bowls and a dog bed. - Tea and coffee in the room. - Cleanliness.

This is a hotel, which stuck in the 90s. Nothing is wrong with that, but there are so many newly sprung hotels even in the very area that offer a value engineered package for competitive prices (looking at list prices). Due to Black Friday, I paid just above 100 eur per night with breakfast, which was a great deal, but spending almost 200 (on list prices) for the same would feel way too expensive. The analogue TV (don't expect to connect your phone to it) had practically no reasonable channels in it (I was looking for some music). The restaurant layout for the breakfast is... unusual. The drinks are completely detached - like 15 m away - from the food. Not really a reason for complaint, but strange. There is still a minibar in the room, but without service (you can request stuff from the service desk). Again, nothing is wrong per se, but everything is a bit outdated and you can feel the daily struggle they have to survive in the competition.

A last minute re-booking via a Black Friday deal made this stay reasonable. Location is fine, close to all sorts of public transport stops and if you're in for a bit of walk, a few tourist destinations (like Checkpoint Charlie) are within walking distance, too. The room still has the 90's vibe, but it's spotlessly clean, the bed is comfy and it was cosy and warm inside. In the general scheme of things everything worked and the staff was helpful, check-in and out was a breeze, The breakfast was a correct offering - had most of the continental options one gets in similar hotels.
