As I was on the first floor, it was really noisy in the night as you can hear lot of sounds of people from the road & traffic.

They upgraded me to a bigger room, which was great.

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel location is fantastic with all public transport nearby. The staff were very nice and my overall stay was pleasant.

Didn't enjoy the homeless people sleeping near, opposite the hotel, but I guess it is a government problem not hotels. In our country it is not allowed to smoke 10m near the entrance, saw an employee doing that. But it is normal in Munich.

We enjoyed breakfast so much, we can say the best we have ever tried. Stuff was helpful, gave our toddler some sweets, he was super happy about that! 🙂 If we visit Munich again, we will choose this hotel again!

Would have loved a minibar, coffee machine in the room which is now quite standard or at least a vending machine to get some drinks as there are no shops close by.

Be sure to ask a room facing the inner court. The ones facing the intersection are getting a fair share of traffic noise, especially in the lower floors.

No privacy in the shower room. A smaller bed than we were expecting. The cost of breakfast was not advertised clearly- we shouldn’t have had to ask.

Very minor dislikes: As a female, and considering the hotel's star rating, I would have liked there to have been conditioner along with the bodywash/shampoo. I found the room a little chilly, so had to use the other rather thin duvet on the double bed to double up my own, and I like having two pillows, rather than just one. However, I imagine that if I had asked for the room temperature to be raised and an extra pillow, I think the hotel staff would have been very helpful.

A very clean, well-kept hotel. Facilities work well, staff is friendly and efficient. Location is great also. Nice breakfast buffet (as you would expect for 20EUR). The room was quiet and of a generous size. I liked how the shower cubicle and the toilet were two separate spaces with individual matted glass doors and the sink in between. Had I travelled with my partner, this is a convenient layout. I would definitely use this hotel again, it felt a safe and reliable option.

Nice modern and clean hotel in a good location near the main station. Friendly and helpful staff, good sized and quiet room with comfortable bed and great shower/ bathroom; with shampoo bottles one can actually handle for a change rather than dealing with fixed wall bottles. Nice small bar in the lobby area with competitively priced beers.
