We stayed for 5 nights and the bed in the room was uncomfortable.

The location is a little far from the center, but we like to walk a lot, so we chose it knowing that. Every day we walked through the huge park Gross Garten while going to the alte Stadt. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly.

The bathroom was not very clean, the bed linen were washed but had stains. Also, it was strange smell in the room.

The location was perfect - the main train station reachable by trams (about 20 min) or S-bahn (6 min). At the same time the neighborhood was very calm. The personnel was super nice and helpful. And we liked a lot the theme of the hotel, especially the restaurant-bar area.

I was surprised by the check-in box containing all the keys for all guests, not individual check-in boxes for each of them.

A comfortable facility located in a quiet area. I stayed in the attic room, which was spacious, air-conditioned, and had a bug net in the window. Everything was perfectly fine.

Check in was poor, nobody was there during the stated times email previously. There was also another customer waiting expecting the same. No kettle in the room for a cup of tea.

Being woken in the middle of the night by a smoke alarm that was possibly set off , hour on a cold street till fire brigade found problem, mind you good to know they have alarms and they work

Restaurant and bar are closed down. It's such a pity that even the bar is closed! The place looks nice!

The interior decoration is cool, it gives the hotel its charm! Room was nice and clean, there was a little fridge as well. Breakfast was good, but after reading the previous comments that are so positive, I had higher expectations. Check-in was well organised with a key box as I arrived late.

Not necessarily modern but comfortable, functional, clean, spacious and endowed with all necessary for a cosy stay (3 star level). Heating working instantly, water pressure excellent. Very quiet despite the proximity to a main street. Free cancellation, no credit card required even if arrive after 2pm, easy self check-in, free private parking lots (but not too many) And the price is unbeatable for the offer: 34€/night 5,5 km away from downtown

The location is not so good but ok. I can hardly find the entrance to the hotel when I arrived at the evening. Cause it’s dark and the road seems to be under construction.

Reception is smoothly and friendly. The mattress is hard and very comfortable.

Not very comfortable, room is just the minimum for the stay. For example, we had no carpet in our room, it felt as if we were in the office not in the hotel room. Also, instead of changing the towels, they put them all in random order on the radiator, mixing them, thus we didn't know which towel belonged to whom. Not very comfortable either. But the worst part was the arrival - as the contact phone was not answering our multiple calls, for the check-in, in the late afternoon. Only later we found that while we were driving over the 1000 kilometers they sent the information via booking com on how to get the key. A simple answer via phone would be more helpful

This is a good place if you need accommodation in this part of Dresden. It is possible to park the car for an additional fee. bedding is OK too.

As mentioned, for the price we paid we have absolutely no complaints. There were no deficiencies. If we want to stretch things, the little soap packets in the bathroom weren't much use. That's the only negative thing I can think of.

For the price we paid, everything was fine. What was exceptional, however, was the young woman who seemed to have to run to reception whenever anyone came and who was responsible for breakfast on her own. She was alone and yet managed to set and clear the tables, set up the buffet and restock the platters. We were very impressed by her dedication to customer service despite the fact that she was totally alone.
