The breakfast was a bit disorganized. There's not enough space for guests on weekends and the offer of food was affected by that.

The room is very spacious, modern and comfortable. The location is superb, the city Centre is within walking distance, yet the hotel is silent.

The breakfurst could be a bit better. It means to change every 3 days the goods, this would be fine, i stay 5 days, and it was always the same product. This would be help that customer will be more satisfied.

The location was superb, the staff of the hotel was nice and helpful. The room was comfy and nice. We had a great stay. Just for family with kids - there are no connecting door, but we good to room one Infront of the other, staff of the hotel did everything they can to help.

The breakfast location felt a little cramped when it was busy, so we were squeezing around people to sort breakfast out

The apartment style suite was a perfect for a few days of stay as we could use the mini-kitchen to prep some meals, and we had space for the whole family (4) to lounge around in the room without being on top of each oother

It was told there was a charger for electrical car. All chargers in the parking garage were reserved for a company nearby . So there were no chargers. This was disappointing .

The luggage service was DIY and the door was unlocked away from the reception. Most staffs we dealt with were welcoming and friendly, it would have been great if the staff when we picked our luggages could have shown the same attitude. The breakfast use the lounge sitting area and can be chaotic during peak hours.

Location was fantastic, right in the city centre close to station, shopping, restaurants. Room was modern and clean. Good breakfast with tea and coffee available all day in the lounge. Washing facilities also available.

We had a probleem with the taxi service at the hotel (we understand that the taxi driver was not from the hotel itself). We agreed on a specifiec time, the driver came very late and we almost missed our bus back home. Apart from that we ddin't have any bad experience there.

Nice location with good restaurants near by and supermarkets. Our room was cozy and clean. We enjoy our breakfast next morning. The common areas were confortable and usefull.

It lacks atmosphere, it lacks character and it does not feel very warm. This hotel is most of all designed to make money.

This hotel is most of all… efficient. Many rooms, many guests, limited staff, limited space. The reception is run by young, unexperienced staff. Just one person for all guests. No problem, they speak proper English, they are efficient and correct. But it is not what I would call ‘warm hospitality’. A bit robotic. Rooms are new, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is okay, fully self service obviously, coffee quality is below nowadays standards, orange juice is automated (mixing water with sirops), not fresh. Location is convenient in the middle of the city centre. Parking in the garage is easy, plenty of space and close by, however very expensive.

I have'nt felt as a Mariot guest. At the reception very unfriendly recepcionist and "here's your keys, have a nice stay".

The location was very good very close to the metro too . Close to the attractions and shopping street Mr chetan who did our checkin was very efficient and catered to all our requests .

The breakfast was very unorganised. It seemed to be a free for all and the selection was not very good. One of the nights was so busy, there were no plates, glasses or cutlery, tables were not clean so we had to get breakfast elsewhere. Appreciate it was a busy time but more staff were needed to bring some order.

Really nice looking hotel, very clean, staff were friendly, and the location was perfect! Our room was on 2nd floor near the lifts and foyer which had an open balcony to the floor down, and the soundproofing was brilliant - we didnt hear a thing from outside the room.
