Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThe bathroom towels could be renewed. They look old. The sink in the kitchen was liking on the garbage bin.
It was a good value for 2 nights. We were with a kid of 12 years old so we had a room with a queen bed and an extendable couch. The space was a bit tight but just for sleeping was ok. Clean room and bathroom. The kitchinette was a good addition. 20 min max to the center. The tram/bus/metro station is in a walking distance 7 min. Lidl market nearby and a 24h market in the station. Breakfast was really good and with a lot of options.

BulgariaIf you are looking for a good meal in a nice ambiance you will be disappointed. The menu card and variety of food choices are not bad, but the restaurant area is rather dull.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of high quality. The staff was fast to replace empty plates.

The room was modern and clean with fridge and air-conditioning. The breakfast was awesome, hot and cold food, with plenty of options. The train station was nearby. The cleaning staff were very helpful.

DenmarkWe stayed at the hotel for 4 days and our rather small room was only cleaned one of the days. Maybe it's according to ypur conditions, but you could tell your guests that you hve to ask for cleaning of the rooms.

Loved this hotel, the room was stylish and a good size,, the breakfast was great, the several lounge seating areas on ground floor and location excellent. Plenty trains, trams and buses into Munich centre. We were taking a train to Salzburg after Munich and it was only 5-10 minute walk to train station. This is same station that you arrive at from Munich airport and also that takes you into Munich centre . If you walk behind the hotel a frew streets there are some nice restaurants

United KingdomFor a family of 4 the family suite was spacious but only had two doubles. It would be great to have the option for twin beds.
The location worked well for us as near Ostbahnhof. Easy to reach by train from the airport and also to get into town. Nice breakfast, large room (family suite).

Germany- The room floor was not clean and - the kitchen plates were dusty. - There were gardeners in the garden shouting loud early Sunday morning. - someone entered our room at 08:30 with a keycard - but then she realized it was the wrong room? I don’t know how that happened. It was not room cleaning.

United KingdomThere was a banging that was probably an echo on someone in the gym on the running machine. I told the staff when we left as it was on and off for two nights and really stopped us relaxing properly in the room. The receptionist didn’t believe me. Although apologised, he said there was no one on our floor and when I mentioned the hun he said it couldn’t be. So not really satisfied.

GermanyThere are two hotels with the same name, so we first went to the wrong hotel. Then there is no clear path to your rooms and numbers are not indicated very well. The floor and curtains in the room were dirty and were not cleaned for a long while.
The staff were friendly and nice, and really helped us with some kitchen tools we needed to make food for our baby.
