Delightful hotel with authentic Bavarian vibe. Beautiful well-designed rooms. Lovely spa area. The restaurant was truly exceptional and serves perfectly prepared modern Baviarian cuisine. Really appreciated the attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere of this family-run establishment.

The bed was too hard

Beautiful room,, with a very comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom is perfect! Great lights, sink and shower, and the little discret lamp that automatically lits when you need the bathroom in the middle of the night is a big plus! Exceptional spa area with 3 saunas, and breakfast was fantastic!

We didnt like our pillows, there was no stuffing, just empty fluff.

Burg-Klause is a hotel with class in itself! wonderful place of comfort, super cleanliness, excellent service. The restaurant serves exquisite dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. We booked at first a double normal room, and we were very happy already from the colors and the style of the room, that we extended our stay for one more day in the hotel. The hotel was really clean from the bathrooms to the restaurant. Literally everywhere. It is a family-friendly hotel with very calm and nice colors, very friendly staff and very helpful staff that they create a very pleasant stay and experience to the hotel guests. The breakfast was very rich and very special with plenty of food. The food in the restaurant was simply amazing, I recommend the tuna tartar which was one of the best tartar I ever had with freshly mango and cucumber, then the beef carpacio, which was simply amazing. Then the fish and the Black Angus, was extraordinary. Literally, the food here in these hotel is exceptional. The sauna facilities were also very clean and very professional. We were unlucky that the masser was sick, but it was so big deal. We had an amazing time and we gonna definitely come back

There were a lot of flies, we had about 15 in our room, that brought down the experience a bit.

Overall it was a very nice experience staying at this hotel, friendly staff, amazing food and comfy rooms. We wished we would have stayed a bit longer.
