Room cleaning could be improved, found hair in many place when check-in. Reception lady has no welcoming smile and looks a bit impatient. Hotel has very limited parking spots, but curbside packing by the street is free.

Close to Frankfurt downtown, love the surrounding area which is quiet and peaceful. Room is a bit tiny but furnished very well. Terrace is the gem, bird view of the little town is amazing. Breakfast has plenty of choices and is much better than my expectation. Hotel Restaurant provides Italian cuisines, staff are very friendly and foods are really tasty!

This time the room was worse than the first time. First floor and large windows through which people smoking on the terrace could look into the room. There was no kettle. Shower, see-through glass, uncomfortable. The room is in another building, you have to go outside for breakfast. It is very inconvenient when the TV is not in front of the bed, but on the side. Can't comfortably watch TV. We are disappointed

... the parking situation was a bit confusing. There are only 4 spots in front of the hotel (one of which we luckily got), and more should be somewhere else around the corner. The lift was a bit tiny, but nothing else to complain about.

Unfortunately, there was a "birthday" party in the room above, with loud music. It took a little bit, and some complaining but eventually everything called down. The possibility to change room was denied.

Pillows!! They are very soft and provide no head/neck support. We requested extra pillows in advance but really needed firmer pillows. Two thin single duvets on a double bed - the German way! I prefer one large duvet. Machine coffee was okay but preference is for a pot of coffee rather than having to queue. Same for the toaster - slow process.

Location was great - great view from the dining room over Frankfurt. Staff were lovely. Hotel warm and comfy. Lift access to floors. Late night access to hotel. Continental breakfast with machine coffee.

There is some parking but just a few spots (5-6), sometimes it might be difficult to park. The location is nice but a bit far from Frankfurt, so without a car it might not be ideal.

Nice view, they have some nice terraces in the hotel. Staff was very nice, the hotel is pretty and very clean. The location is very calm.

We arrived by electric car, and couldn't find any chargers near the hotel. Having a couple would be amazing. Additionally, when entering my hotel room, all windows were closed while heaters were on max. It took a while before it was a comfortable temperature again.

Room was tidy, very friendly crew, breakfast also good. I have nothing else to add here, only some very minor tips to improve even more.
