You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThis was our second stay with Hotel-Restaurant Früchtl. We were on a motorcycle tour through the region and enjoyed our first stay very much, so we came back. The restaurant offers a very good menu and wine selection for dinner, and breakfast is also excellent. Very clean, friendly staff and quiet.

GermanyThere was a renovation going on at the time we stayed. There was no lift so we had to carry the suitcases up the stairs. It was no problem for us but can imagine for older guests or baby strollers not so convenient. Breakfast buffet was limited. It was their first week after the Corona lockdown so maybe they were not yet fully prepared. Would recommend to stay here, though. It was nice
It was a central point for our holiday. We could reserve the pool for ourselves (due to Corona) which was a nice surprise. R The restaurant was nice

IsraelWe came for daughter's wedding in Blaibach. Zandt is really close by and we took four rooms for the whole family. The hotel was very comfortable, rooms were not just clean and well taken care of but everything felt new and fresh. Breakfast right across the street. They also have a restaurant if you want dinner. Very helpful staff and we very much enjoyed our stay. I forgot to mention - most of the rooms have a small balcony and a small refrigerator. Lots of forest and a nice lake with surrounding forest not far. Great for walks and hikes. Beautiful area and nice hotel to be in.

GermanyAutomatic lamp in the entrance the room. It turns automatic and wakes up other people, very annoying. We were sitting at the bar/ Cafe, not renewed and not up to the hotel comfort. While other areas of restaurant or hotel were available and it would have been a nicer experience for us. The staff was not really friendly and did not provide robes when I asked about the pool. I had to come and ask again. In the bedroom, dead mosquitoes on the ceiling (blood marks).
