The mould colony in the shower is an insult (see photo). I've been in this hotel many times and all of the rooms had this problem. This time it was worst. Limestome all over the shower as well. How is this even legal? The lamps are also very dim.

Friendly and helpful staff and a big room, with all the basic necessities (socket near the bed, lots of storage space, functional heating).

It’s old and very poor maintained. The carpet full of spots, the furniture old and in degradation, the shower cabin rusted. The breakfast at 8:30h was made from remaings of a past buffet. The price was extremely high compared to what the hotel offered. If you arrive after 22:00 you have to pick up the key from another hotel that is 1.5km away.

The hotel it’s close to airport. The sheets and towels were clean. That’s the best i can say about it.

The carpets are stained throughout the hotel and disgustingly filthy. When I asked why they are not being cleaned, I was told they have no steam cleaner. I pointed out that a steam cleaner nowadays costs at most 300 Euros, a cost a hotel with 50 rooms can surely afford. The only reply I got was a shrug of the shoulders.

It is the only hotel in Hanover that is affordable. For some bizarre reason, Hanover, a city without any tourist attractions, is inexplicably expensive. 50 Euros will get you a room in this hotel or a bunk bed in a dorm along with ten other drug addicts or poor students.

The had to extra pay for a cat, we had got the most ugly, scratched room in all hotel I think - with old carped (other rooms had a wooden floor), and we were asked to keep a cat in a carry box all the time in our room. That was crazy to me.

Overall stay was good but after 22:00 but they have to keep elevators on as guests have early flights then I need to pick up my heavy luggage down on stairs which not logic to look on this point for better customer service. Carpet stained.

The hotel is located some 10-min S-bahn ride from the airport. It was neat and clean. Good for a solo traveller. Although I arrived late and needed to pick up the key in another hotel some 10-15 min walk from this hotel, the area is quiet and safe for a night walk.

The carpets could do with a good shampoo throughout as the one in my room had some interesting marks.

Location is very good. Staff are very friendly, decor is dated but actually quite interesting. Good off street parking too. Pricing is very competitive and the rooms are a very big. Hotel is very quiet too. Also nice and warm!

Noise because of running water in toilet. Door lock could not locked properly. Key pick up another place after 22:00.

There were yellow stains on the hand towel. Not sure if it was washed before giving it to me.

Great value for money. A steal at 43€. Generally clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed. The shower door could have been a little cleaner.

The Service and the maintaintenace was poor. My shower Casino was broken and was hard to close and open the doors it gave a motel vibe more than an hotel vibe

Staff, room, bed, bathroom, and almost everything

The worst experience I ever had in any hotel. I arrived before 2200 hrs and the person on reception saw me and didn’t give the key. Asked me to travel to sister hotel to get the keys of room. I took taxi which costed 25 euros extra. Hôtel had no staff, room was filthy, the bed was extremely narrow.
