Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is a modern medium sized business hotel. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant but both were closed during our stay because of the Easter weekend. Nice staff. Ample free parking. Lift. Nice breakfast. Easy walk to city center.

GermanyThe door at the bathroom was translucent and we didn't like the lack of privacy while using it. The room gets some noice from the street in front of the hotel.
Staff was exceptional, helpful and polite. Made my family feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It had a huge balcony all around the room.

Our 7 months old son was with us and I think it is very sad that he need to have winter jacket when we go to breakfast. Not a single heating in hole restaurant was on. I ordered eggs to breakfast and I get two and when I have asked for another portion waiter told me boss told them its only two eggs per person for breakfast I mean guys I have paid like 500 euros for 4 night and I can't eat more then two eggs for breakfast? Simply sad
