We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Family-friendly hotel, well-maintained with excellent amenities. Dry sauna, steam sauna, jacuzzi, cold water basin, shower, outdoor pool, cold water bucket, heated stone benches, relaxation room, and massage area. Outstanding massage service. It's worth noting that saunas and spas in this region of Germany are commonly naturist/nudist. Friendly service. Highly recommend. Additionally, some rooms features a whirlpool bathtub. There's an on-site restaurant. Good breakfast! Thanks!

The most friendly and helpful staff you'll ever meet. I was delayed by 1 day due to weather conditions. They let me cancel that night with no problem at all. The food in their restaurant is fantastic. It feels so homely; warm, cosy, and great service. I highly recommend this hotel

United KingdomThe signposting to the hotel was a bit confusing in the dark, but there was good parking on site.
After an initial mix up over our booking, we were upgraded to a ground floor apartment, which was large and very comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a 5 hour drive to Calais from Sankt Ingbert. The location looked as if it warranted further exploration for walking etc.

We were on the way drive back to UK , so lovely found this hotel to stay . Location is brilliant, quiet and easy to find . Top rate is the restaurant, fabulous food , as we actually arrived bit late in the evening , it is late dinning . But hotel staff are very sweet , food is so yummy and top quality. We really enjoyed our stay here ❤️

GermanyThe personnel had communication problems. When I asked the manager if I could have almond drink she said that's no problem. But later on once we arrived the personnel knew nothing about my request. When I asked about the whirlpool, I was told by the manager it takes 1hour to warm up, when I asked another person I was told it takes many hours to heat up. These kind of discrepancies kept turning up. Also that the hotel consists of 2 separate buildings which are quite a distance apart, for my husband who is disabled, proved to be an added burden.
The breakfast had a very good variety of items to eat that tasted great. The fruit was ripe and sweet. The WLAN was excellent all throughout the property. The food at the restaurant, in the evening, was superb in quality and taste! The waiters were quite attentive.
