I loved everything about this hotel!

This hotel was fabulous - the owner, Gil was so nice and a wonderful resource. He gave us tips about restaurants and site seeing and we did all his suggestions and it made our stay even more special. Our room was very large and comfortable with a big deck overlooking the river. Breakfast was exceptional. This was our first hotel of our trip and I’m afraid I am now spoiled and it has certainly raised my expectations.

No downsides of any significance, there was just a slight drain-smell when refilling bottled water from the bathroom, so I avoided doing that again. However, it was excellent overall and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this booking or stay again :)

The location was perfect, right across from the ferry dock and with a lovely view of the Rhine. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I breakfast was very nice with a pleasant ambiance. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Gil is a great host, the breakfast he served was extraordinary! Perfectly soft boiled eggs, and great coffee (just a few of the breakfast offerings)! The room was perfect for us, comfortable beds and great shower! Gil is very knowledgeable on the Rhein area and provided insite on local sites to not be missed!

The location could not have been better. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was good and filling. Gil was superb and sent us to a couple excellent restaurants. His knowledge and recommendations of what to do in the area made our trip much better.

We had a lovely room with a large balcony, able to sit out with a beer and watch the Rhine with its continuous stream of boats. Hotel is clean, very comfortable, big bedrooms, great breakfast and a really friendly and helpful host. Close to the boat station, interesting castle to explore, great cake cafe in the town.

Difficult stairs to navigate, no lift. drop off and pick up a little difficult. Parking 150 meters away. Coffee or tea in room would have been nice.

The street right in front of the hotel. It’s great to have Rhine view rooms, but the street can be a bit noisy. Windows are very sound proof though, so the solution is to close the windows and then it’s all actually fine.

Guest on balcony below ours smoked a lot which made it smelly on ours, so we stopped using it. Would prefer there to be a no smoking on balcony rule.

Great welcome from (I think) the owner, who helped us safely store our bikes and showed us up to the room. Rhine view, great location for ferry and town. We got ferry across and walked up to the luge on top of the hill. Great stay! Would definitely come back

The location is excellent, couldn’t get any closer to the Rhine!! Parking is just across the street approx €5 per day, there are also a few good bars restaurants etc The staff were very friendly & the breakfast was wonderful Excellent value for money, we would definitely stay here again

There was nothing I did not like.

Perfect location for the EV15 cycling route. Very comfortable room with fan and delicious breakfast. The owner is very nice and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.
