We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsWrong information about parking. If you need to pay for parking then it MUST be mentioned on the site. It was not. Giving you the impression that no parking fee is demanded, by not mentioning a price, but saying "privat parking available ". And yet 8 euro, without paying I would not get a coin to open the gate. Disapointing, actually I would not have booked if they would have mentioned that parking needs to be paid.
Breakfast for 14 Euro I did not use that. For the rest do not expect too much then you will be happy. Clean, nothing special, good shower.

Very conveniently situated close to the Hanau West train station and the city center. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and in a good state. Breakfast was nothing special but good, solid food, it had everything that as needed.

Staff 10/10. When you are on a business trip it is really easy to make you feel comfortable and cared for. It seems that they have understood the Bible of a hotel and how to manage. I simple loved the young staff trying the best to be kind and solving anything really quick. I admire the resilience that two people of the staff had when I observe a bunch of Spanish people being rude and hostile because they were making fun out of the way they speak English...

PortugalThis basically a bait and switch operation. The pictures make you think it’s a real hotel but actually you book the ‘2 star’ hotel and pictures are for a higher star. You get a box like building with no staff. I also got a room that had been used by a heavy smoker although all rooms were supposed to be non smoking. The electrical fittings badly positioned for use qnd the view was of the high star building across the street. Overpriced for what it was. Staff were not helpful.

GermanyIt was not clean. The bathroom had hair everywhere. I am a very shy person who is terrified of conflict/confrontation, so i stayed there and didn't ask for another room. I had to go out and get some cleaning products and clean it myself.
