a comfortable hotel with well-appointed rooms and an extensive breakfast. Unfortunately, the employee at the reception was not very helpful. The website states that you cannot reserve a parking space. However, there are two places with charging points for electric cars and you need to reserve one. Luckily I still had one of the two places, but unfortunately their charging point is not equipped with a socket that works with the universal charging cable that comes with a car. The employee said that they had one charging cable that belonged to their charging point and that I could get it, but that fast charging was only possible after 10 p.m. I replied that I would first take my luggage to the room and then come and get the cable. When I went back a little later she said that she had given the cable to someone else and that there was only one. So I was unlucky. The next day, another employee said that there are indeed two cables. It was just in the closet. Too bad, because I had to drive specifically to a fast charger nearby before leaving.

First night had some local football supports making noise. The walls are a bit thin. Needed a second pillow as one was not enough but staff provided a second one which fixed my issue.

Great friendly staff. Restaurant was fabulous and the breakfast had a good continental range. Rooms were clean and modern. Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze if your a larger set guy but the shower was surreal! Great location for stadium and westfallenhallen within walking distance and close to U46/45 underground

The only downside was the escalation of the price on Champions league match day I visited, yet it was still one of the affordable choices to choose from.

The location is perfect. It’s just 20 minutes walk from the Hbf, 10 minutes walk to the Signal Iduna park and 20 minutes walk to the Westfalen park. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Thanks to the soccer fans there were some empty beer bottles scattered around the hallways which were not cleaned up right away. That was basically it for the negative part, everything else was nice.

Great breakfast, comfy bed and good facilities. The staff was very nice and helpful. On site parking was available and in case it is full they also have a separate garage where you can put your car.

Parking is terrible! Street parking is almost impossible. The own parking place of the hotel are very limited. Mostly have to park in the Parkhouse. It will be complex, because you must ask first a chip from service desk. they will only you one chip, so when you first go into the parkhouse to pick up the car you have to wait for somebody to open the door of parkhouse. otherwise you will not have chip to open the door after driving back. during Check-out in the morning only one stuff worked. long time to wait!

The room did not have proper heating (didn't work well ot at all, I don'tknow), but given the context, we were very happy.

Staff was wonderful to me and my son. We arrived at 9 in the morning, and the gentleman at the reception noticed how tired we were, offering us the room (a lot) earlier. Very much appreciated.

Parking muss be paid apart and is near the hotel but not at the hotel. There was no way to control the temperature of the room.

Everything seemed new and modern. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had more than enough options.

It was very warm in the room and unfortunately no air condition. So it was hard to sleep.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They let us check in before the official check-in time. Sauna and pool were a great extra!
