We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing location of course with view on Flensburg Fjord. Great room, spacious and clean. Good bed and sheets. Bathroom with bath tub and shower. Big Windows with nice view. Breakfast food taste good.

NetherlandsWifi was poor. Restaurant rather expensive. Lightning in the room wasn't great. No free sockets next to the bed to plug in your charger. I had to unplug a lamp in order to charge the phone. I had also had to relocate the coffee maker in order to have it powered.
The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned, but the personel is young, fresh and friendly. They really want you to have a good time. Their English is very good as well. Nice location; quiet, but close to the main roads. View over the sea is nice.

DenmarkThere was an incident that gave be a bad taste. I went down to have breakfast 07:30am on a Saturday cause I had to check out early. I did not realise though that at weekends breakfast starts at 8:00am (probably I was told when I checked in previous day but I did not remember). While both the lady at the reception as well as another one from the kitchen were kind enough and very polite to offer me a coffee, suddenly a male person (probably the Owner or someone senior) appear with a very arrogant and not respectful tone talking me in German first and English afterwards that I should not be here cause it is early enough.. Very disappointing.
Clean rooms, nice view and very kind and polite personnel, dinner was yummy with good service.

Beautiful property, with a lot of character and charm. Lovely restaurant and staff, as well as extremely dog friendly, being that it’s located directly on the beach/waterfront. Great value for money. We look forward to staying here each winter during the holiday season.
