EVERYTHING Great hotel. Paula was very efficient at check in, the Concierge Claudia was very helpful organizing our tours, our room was extremely comfortable, so was the bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.

we thought that the $45 price tag for breakfast was quite excessive compared to the other 4 star hotels we stayed in throughout our visit in Germany and Austria.

we especially liked Isabelle at the concierge desk. she was very helpful throughout our stay with Restarant reservations. travel tips and other travel arrangements.

Unusual 5 Euros "Delivery charge" everytime we ordered from room dinning. Check in "blocked amount" from credit card took 15 days to be refunded after check out. One staff member was audibly irritated with one request we made during our stay (changing water bottles).

Excellent location. Most staff went out if their way to make our stay comfortable and accommodate our needs.

They cheated me with the room. In my reservation it was clearly said tha i have room with the balcony, which i did not get. The rooms are dirty ( there was plastic bottle under the bed from the previous guests). Breakfast price of 70 euro is outrageous.

Not good value for money, waiting and cleaning staff are very forgetful and lack attention to detail and are a but disorganised at times. It was also very disappointing that the sauna was not working, and the pool area in general lacked hygiene controls and was very unforgettable.

Loved the location (really close to the train station), the room was comfortable with great views to the park. The bar/restaurant were very nice and the food is amazing. The gym is very good and the staff were very friendly.

I’ve been staying here for 10 years and the level of service has really declined. I had no toiletries in my room and nobody answers the phone at reception, house keeping or room service. twice I had to go to the front desk because nobody picks up.

service was a bit patchy, didn’t pick up laundry and had to rush to fix didn’t replace shower cap after first day replaced small tubes despite them not being used, so we gathered quite a collection! nothing you can do, but noise from I guess vagrants in the park until even 4.00 am was very bad

room was excellent, view over a park, with Juliette balcony, clean, good size good gym with adequate equipment for a good workout

For me it is incomprehensible that there is no bar open or any other common area with service after 11.00pm sharp. Even room service menu is limited to four (4 !!) small dishes served ONLY between 10.00pm and 00.30. If you happen to come from the US, Latin America, Australia etc and you want to eat something after 00.30 you need to starve until next morning?? Finally housekeeping was dramatic for one of the 4 rooms we booked. In my brother's room his belongings were taken and thrown away by they maid, as she probably thought that he had left two whole days before his actual departure ( despite his suitcase and clothes physically being in the closet !) including his shaving machine, his medicines, cosmetics, a bottle of whisky and ouzo AND his briefcase ! They managed to recover most of it from the garbage bins later but despite saying that a senior manager from the hotel would come to offer an apology nobody showed up.

BREAKFAST!! very few options on the breakfast menu and the buffet. Just a recommendation from us, please keep cutleries on the napkins NOT on bear table. And please change your chef. Please don’t charge your guest when they ask for Extra dishes or Cutleries. it’s a minimal amount, but a bit annoying. First experience of a kind I’ve faced.

The bathroom in the wheelchair user room doesn't have any space for putting cosmetics, brushes and so on. The sink had a malfunction, it wouldn't drain the water. After telling three times the reception it was still not fixed, so we had to manage to fix it ourselves. This is unacceptable for a five star hotel. Many times it happened that the housekeeping forgot to empty the trash cans or put new toilet paper and didn't refresh the towels. Over all housekeeping is very poor and is unacceptable for a five star hotel.

the park near the hotel is nice, the accesibility for wheel chair is very good, the staff (bellboys and waiters) was very nice

Room service not so thorough, lots of dust buildup under the bed and some items not replaced during cleaning. We had to wait until 18:30 to get our room, and until 21:30 to get the pre-ordered extra bed. Also, they forgot that we had ordered breakfast with the room.

w/c is located in the shower area ( first time in my life to see this ) ???!!! There was no bath rob in one of our rooms , Quality of Iron in the room wasn’t good and spoil my shirt with rust / brown color
