The atmosphere was relaxing very helpful friendly staff. . Nice Building.Very good breakfast buffet! Good Internet access with supplied tablet in room. It's super convenient located.

The room was comfortable, but could be renovated to benefit the rest of the hotel & restaurant.

The restaurant was amazing... so good we elected to dine there the second night as well and cancel our other reservation. Breakfast was also fabulous with perfect cappucinos.

No air-conditioning in the room. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was quite warm and thought to myself that during a heat wave sleeping could be difficult… The parking space (or spaces) was/were quite small, so we had a little bit of problems finding a parking lot even though we had paid for the parking in advance. Luckily later in the evening there was more space, maybe the restaurant guests had left… and it would be nice if other Hotel guests considered fellow guests too and parked their cars carefully without leaving unnecessary gaps.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel! Lively yet calm. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and gave a good start for the day. We had a beautiful room with a view to the castle. The whole experience was elegant yet down-to-earth. Loved it! And we could check in, check out and pay everything online in advance, which was very convenient and quick!

This was the first time I was charged to park my car (it's €10 /day) in the hotel grounds. Details of this charge are not particularly clear on the hotel's Booking.com page.

I have stopped here on several occasions in the last twenty five years and little has changed with the interior and facilities of this hotel in that time (maybe that's a criticism). Breakfast remains excellent, my room was fine and the English-speaking staff are always helpful and pleasant. It is extremely well located within close walking distance to the town centre, and very quiet.

The morning staff at front desk was a little grumpy. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but fine. Overall it was great so it is hard to find things I didn't like.

The breakfast was outstanding and we ate dinner there as well which was awesome. The room was large and clean and the front desk staff in the afternoon/evening was very helpful and extra friendly. The architecture was beautiful.

the receptionist on the arrival day on 03/06 make us not to feel welcome. very arrogant. The following day the other staff make us to feel very welcome, on the checkout and during the breakfast. completely change our view about the staff.

The hotel itself it was very good , with excellent facilities and location. Very good breakfast with good quality coffee. Overall a very good experience.

The location was close to the Old Town in walking distance and situated in a pleasant area. The room was nicely furnished and good bathroom. The buffet breakfast has plenty of choice. Really enjoyed the adjoining 'Winestube' restaurant in the evening.

On arrival, the beautiful ground floor creates quite an impact. Reception opens into a lovely room with an impressive looking open fire surrounded by large kelim floor cushions, making the space look particularly welcoming, and there is even a piano in the corner. Rooms were comfortable but the restaurant was truly excellent and breakfast was pretty good, too. It is easy to walk into the historic centre of Quedlinburg - what an amazing place!

Dinner in the restaurant was simply SUPERB. Now, I will compare all restaurants to this one. Possibly the best dinner I have EVER had. This chef is a true MASTER ... my sincerest compliments!.

Nothing to complain about.

Very nice, comfortable hotel located about 10-15 min walk from the center of Quedlinburg. Very well maintained, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, free wifi. Parking is charged at €10,00 per night. There is parking in front of the hotel entrance, and also a larger parking lot about 50 m down the street which is locked overnight. They have a restaurant which was very convenient and the food was good.

There were no outlets at the bedside to charge our phones overnight. Parking was minimal in front of the property so had to park down the street a little bit in another lot not clearly marked for the hotel.

The property was beautifully decorated and warm and welcoming. Wish it would have been a little warmer in the evening to enjoy the courtyard. If there had been fire pits out there or warmers we definitely would have hung out there in the evening. Bathroom was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The location is a bit of a walk from the center of town, but since there was no actual "center" (central platz) it was not a serious problem. The trade-off is that the hotel is in a lovely, quiet residential area.

The hotel restaurant was more than excellent-- dinner there was the best meal of our trip!
