We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumThe staff at breakfast could have been nicer and more welcoming when I arrived at 10h35. They made a remark about my late (???) arrival and started to hoover already at 10h50. This should not happen in such kind of hotel.
I liked my room with its pleasant colours as well as the beautiful view from it. The pool and wellness area were very good as well as the fabulous view from the breakfast room. Breakfast was nicely varied and they serve it until 11am - wonderful!

United StatesThey didn't have air conditioning in our room. Fortunately, it wasn't that hot yet. The key for the room is bulky and heavy. From our room, we had a view of the parking area.
The room and bathroom were both large. The location was really nice. Away from the bustle in town with a fantastic view of the Rhine River below. The castle was nice to visit during our spare time.

GermanyThe second Restaurant (Burgschänke) was closed, although I reserved a table for one evening. Because of this, we would be forced to have 2 times dinner at the Restaurant which is very expensive. We then decided to have dinner outside in town for 1 evening. When we arrived, they told me that the Burgschänke will be open for drinks as Bar, but this wasn't the case, so we had to get back to our rooms after Dinner, which was also unfortunate. The only other remark I have is that the water in the pool was quite cold. This is not typical for a Wellness Hotel.
The Hotel is on a very nice spot and it looks marvelous. The staff was very friendly and professional. The Wellness area was also very pleasing in general.

United KingdomAccommodation was comfortable but it is not very accessible if you don't come by car - l came by train and arrived about 6pm, no taxis so had to walk and by the time I got to the hotel up a very steep hill l was sweating buckets!!! "Shuttle bus" is aimed at day visitors to the castle ruins not hotel guests

CanadaThe price at the restaurant for food was quite high, but definitely worth it for the quality. It's quite a walk up the hill from the train station and I can't recall getting any information on a shuttle or bus even though I do believe there may have been one. That was probably my fault however, and can't say anything negative about the location when you have such a great view of the river and towns below.
The view from the room was amazing. The room was comfortable, and very clean. The staff were very friendly, the woman on reception showed me around and was able to check me in early which was a huge help. They also helped accommodate my allergies at the restaurant, which was thoughtful. The wine was magnificent.

United KingdomThe bedroom was fine but relatively ordinary compared to the restaurant and rest of the hotel. The one issue we had was it was a hot and uncomfortable night’s sleep because a plastic underlay was used on the mattress. We did comment on this at reception but was told this was necessary for hygiene. It hasn’t been the case in other hotels we’ve stayed in.
Location was stunning overlooking the Rhine and next to the castle, which is worth the admission price for a visit. An evening meal and breakfast were superb.
