Rooftop pool is a bit small and located amongst bar. If was a bit crowded. The Spa terrace was definitely more our thing!!

The only part I did not like was the breakfast buffet. For the price, I was expecting a lot more from the breakfast buffet, but it was fairly disappointing to me. I have had better breakfast buffets, in both selection and in quality of food, at cheaper/lower-rated hotels. The food was not bad at all, but for the price and reputation of the hotel you would expect more (especially a bigger selection of food).

Our room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I think it was probably the most comfortable hotel room I’ve every stayed in. But, my favorite part of the hotel is the spa facilities. They were amazing! The sauna, steam room, and heated pool were always so relaxing. Plus, there is free vodka and ice provided in the spa area. The staff were also very kind. We were greeted with champagne when we first checked in, and were given water at checkout for our long drive home.

The whole holiday was marred by firstly, having had 726 euros "blocked" at reception from the account of one of my family members with a promise that it would be unblocked on departure - a promise that was not kept until several weeks after our departure; and secondly by the attitude of the receptionist on booking in who insisted that I had booked 4, not 3 rooms for our 3 couples and was most belligerent in insisting that I pay for the extra room right up to the point when I produced irrefutable written proof of the justice of my case. After which no apology was offered by this receptionist.

there are only two elevator and during our stay one of them was broken a little far from the center you have to walk around 13 minutes to reach the center of baden baden

I wish the balcony was more private as they were only separated by considerably a small plant pot. this was the only comment. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

even everything is so gorgeous and new, it was simply not comfortable to lay on a bed which is 20 cm high, to drink a water you should have bottle opener - it is a drinking water - it should be very easy to use. for the reservation team, it took me 2 days to get response from hotel reservation team and for that I had to hold 2 bookings - not comfortable. very uncomfortable main door which is most of the time is not opened by a hotel staff - not every person is able to get it easily.

i liked everything is new and a boutique way of design. nice restaurant downstairs

I received the warmest welcome and the staff were amazing throughout my stay. The room was really lovely and so spacious - it was better than the photos make out. Beautiful location and excellent facilities; I didn't want to leave!
