Very busy and very expensive. We wished for that price, breakfast would have been included. The spa was unfortunately super busy (it was a Saturday!) and very dark.

We had a little "staycation" here for our anniversary. The rooms are gorgeous and really big and our dog was welcome, too. Obviously, like all hotels in Munich it was quite pricey. Definitely check out the bar (the restaurant is very expensive and not our favourite) and the spa. It had the vibe of a nightclub with a bar, dark tiles and even an area where you can pour yourself vodka shots.

Location is meh. Build quality is just ok. Every one of the clients was wearing black or dark blue. :-)

The underground parking is not free (€35 / day) ! The corridors and the general theme color of the hotel is black/ dark. The room is tiny in size and no bidet in the toilet

The restaurant Izakaya is excellent, the staff were very friendly and supportive with a great focus to attend the guests needs , the reception area is very cozy and conformable , the toiletries were amazing.

Even though it’s a lovely hotel, it was very understaffed and the staff they had weren’t trained well at all. We ordered food and it took an hour and a half to come out because our waiter forgot. When we reminded him he said there were delays but it miraculously came out in 2 mins then.. cold! At ridiculous prices. We had to keep reminding the waiters for our drinks and they messed them up a lot. They need new trained staff and it would make the place perfect

The rooms were great, very spacious and lovely bathroom. We had a great couple of nights sleep.

We have booked 2 rooms as family and after our check out without even opening the minibars in both rooms, finance team informed me by mail thay there has been a consumption of Red Bull that none of us in the family tried once in life :) Neither room number, nor any other details were shared but directly charged from credit card in the system. Even no kind reply on my mails upon the transaction. Apart from the staff in the breakfast, we have an impression that there is a lack of professionnalism, attention to detail and expertise in the overall management.

A few people on the staff were very accommodating and professional but someone covering higher position wasn't. also most of the channels are in German without the possibility to switch to English at all. Disappointing considering from the Marriott's family. So little things that will make a massive difference.

Far from the city so better plan your travel with a public transport or a taxi.

The room was big, beautiful and the bath was perfect. Breakfast was also nice and the main restaurant is a must try.

Cleaning was inconsistent... a used coffee pod was placed back into a box next to new ones, and dinner napkins we did not use or even have were left strewn on a cushion (at least they were new). When we came back one day, the hallway area had more lint and dust left behind than before (not isolated to our room; the dust and the unvacuumed scenario was surprisingly everywhere in the hallway). On one of the days, for some reason, we did not receive two large bath towels for the room even though we booked for 2 people. Every day was a bit of a surprise, in that regard.

Possible to get a good night's rest. Room decor was very well-designed. Great location across from Trams 18 and 19, easy to get into town. Nice pool and sauna. Izakaya restaurant was also good.

Air conditioning in our room was quite bad. It was kept at 17° but may be because of the settings kept on auto, it kept shutting down every 30 mins I guess. We stayed there for 2 nights and both night I could not sleep because it used to get too hot. We complained to the front desk and they said that they have reset the settings and it will be better but not really. Did not helped. We booked 2 deluxe rooms and we loved the rooms and hotel but the ac arrangement was a major spoiler

Walking distance from the trains station, the hotel has a good location for the travelers who will take the train to arrive or leave Munich.
